This is our second time using JVS Plumbing. This time we had a clogged drain in the backyard. We explained our observations to Jose and he went to work. He identified what the problem was and helped us clear the clog by running a drain snake 10 ft down the pipe. He also ran a drain camera down the pipe to make sure everything was cleared and there was no more blockage there. We were very happy with his work. Highly recommend!

Good price, and Jose showed me where the broken pipe was. Tree roots were hitting the pipe. He was friendly and sent me the quote quickly instead of making me wait a few days. Highly recommend.

I used American first home warranty to get support for the toilet valve stop that was frozen. The two technicians who arrived a new exactly what to do how to turn off about the water and my condo complex and how to work with a very short copper pipe that was coming out out of the wall.

The two servicemen that came to look at my hot water heater problem were nice enough but one was the technician and the other one was the translator for the technician who did not speak English. I would have liked first hand speaking to the actual technician about the issues. I was told by the technicians what needed done to repair my water heater. I should have thought things through better because they didn't give me different outcomes scenarios. They never told me there was a possibility that they could do the service and it still be a problem . If they had told me that I might have not went through with paying them the money to fix the problem. The problem was not fixed. I'm very disappointed in this company and I would not recommend them to anybody else . I understand that sometimes things cannot be repaired but at least give me the option of letting me know that first before I decide to pay you to fix it when you say that you can.

We were having issues with our toilet. Called homeowners insurance, they gave the work order with JVS Plumbing. They were so prompt with their response and very professional! Sergio Kernandez was our technician. He was amazing!. Explained what was happening. What he was going to repair to fix it. So knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. He has great customer service! You are very fortunate to have him as an employee! I would definitely recommend your company!

An excellent and perfectly well mannered Jose Soto came to the house and repaired the water leak under the sink with perfection and professionally. Jose is knowledgeable and professional. He replaced the pressure release valve and I no longer have moaning water pipes. He is prompt and gets the job done. I will definitely reach out to him for future plumbing needs.

It would have been 5 stars but for the 1st service person, Seegio, who came on a Friday afternoon, said he would return and never came back.
The company called to schedule a new appointment with no mention of the 1st person, Sergio, who never returned.

They were professional, thorough, and friendly. They quickly assessed what needed to be done and made the necessary repairs.
