I can’t thank Advanced Plumbing and Rooter Service enough for coming to the rescue today! Alan and Verne showed up and saved us from what started out as a complete tragedy—our water heater burst in the garage, and the mess was overwhelming. They took the time to explain all our options, and we decided to go with a tankless water heater with a built-in recirculation pump. What a difference it’s made! These guys really know their stuff.

They also tested our water and helped us realize we needed a water softener and a whole-house filtration system. I’m honestly amazed by their knowledge and the quality of their work. Huge shout-out to the entire team at Advanced Plumbing and Rooter Service for their outstanding service and amazing results! Highly recommend!

We had a plumbing emergency when our sewer line backed up, and we reached out to Advanced Plumbing and Rooter Service in Livermore. They responded immediately and took care of the issue right away. Not only did they resolve the backup, but they also discovered several other underlying problems, including a partially collapsed pipe in our sewer line.

Thanks to their thorough inspection, they identified leaks under the house that we weren’t aware of. They scheduled an immediate repair for the sewer line and provided us with a detailed plan to address the other issues. We are so grateful for their professionalism and attention to detail.

Their customer service was outstanding, and they truly went above and beyond. We’re now back in business, and it’s clear we received exceptional value for the service. We’re so happy we found this company and will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

These guys are fantastic! When you need them you really NEED them. They responded faster than I’ve ever experienced from any home service provider, asked great questions, explained their process and took care of our problem right away. Price was less than we were expecting and we were thrilled with the result! Use them anytime you have a real NEED if you know what I mean.

We’ve used Advanced Plumbing and Rooter Service out of Livermore multiple times, and once again, they did an outstanding job today! We needed a new garbage disposal and had several leaks around the house, and as always, they took care of everything. Fernando, who we’ve worked with before, came out and did an excellent job. We really trust their technicians—especially knowing they’re all background-checked and drug-tested, which means a lot to us, particularly since my wife usually handles these issues while I’m at work.

They were able to solve my issue quickly and get me up and running again! While onsite they found a couple other small issues and promptly gave me an estimate and addressed those as well. We had been struggling with serious water pressure issues in our home for a long time. These guys really know their stuff. They showed up promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had everything working again in no time. We finally have consistent water pressure on both the hot and cold sides! Their professionalism, expertise, and efficiency were beyond impressive.

Fernando and Jason were excellent. We had a broken water valve in the kitchen. Fernando walked us through his repair plan recommendation, gave us a thorough explanation of what he was doing and why, completed the work in a timely manner, tested everything to make sure there were no leaks, cleaned up, then showed us the completed work and demonstrated how the upgraded system worked. A very personable, polite professional! Easily two thumbs up. Would highly recommend him for any plumbing repair!

Scheduling was easy. Vernon came on time and did neat professional work. He explained what needed to be explained and answered my questions. In and out in 3 1/2 hours. I’m delighted with my new water softener.

Advanced Plumbing and Rooter Service in Livermore is hands down the best plumbing company we’ve ever worked with. We’ve used them multiple times over the years and they’ve become our go-to plumbers for any issue that comes up. Most recently, they came out and quickly fixed several leaks around our house.

What really stood out this time was their easy financing option. With money being tight lately, we were relieved to find out we could get approved in just minutes—and didn’t have to come out of pocket at all. In today’s economy, that kind of flexibility is a game-changer.

Advanced Plumbing is an incredible company and one that we trust as a church to take care of all of our plumbing needs. When we found out our 80 year sewer system needed to be overhauled from Terra Cotta pipes, to galvanized steal, and neglect over the years, we were overwhelmed by the size the scope of the project. The team worked incredibly hard, explained everything well, and diligently completed the project by pulling 260 feet of new sewer lines and installing 6 new clean outs. We are grateful to Bill, Fernando, Anthony, and the whole team at Advanced Plumbing for the service that they provided.

We had a major leak under the house, and they called in the whole crew to get everything fixed and back in business the same day. They even cleaned up the mess afterward. Advanced Plumbing is so professional. From when you talk to someone (the staff are so nice) to making the appointment to when they come out. Constant communication via email and phone text. Eddie was so friendly and his professional skills were wonderful. He explained what he was going to do to keep me updated at everything he was doing. They also do an inspection for you to see if your gas line and water heater are safe. That was a nice service to see what would need to be up to code. Great job!!!

Vernon was very friendly, competent & professional. I appreciate the quick assessment & resolution to replace our upstairs toilet - which is in a very tight space. I had an unexpected plumbing emergency this morning when the shower handle in my house broke off in my hand and water was spraying everywhere. I was completely stressed out, but I called Advanced Plumbing & Rooter Service in Livermore and they immediately jumped into action. They walked me through how to shut off the water at the front of the house while dispatching a technician to my location. Thanks to their help, I managed to get the water off quickly.

When the technician arrived, they quickly diagnosed the issue and discovered that our water pressure was way too high for a residential setting. They installed a new pressure regulator and a new shut-off valve for the house, fixed the shower, and got everything running smoothly again in no time.

As if that wasn’t enough, they performed a comprehensive plumbing inspection of the entire house and uncovered several other important issues, like the need for water hammer arrestors and thermal expansion protection. They even did a free video inspection of my sewer line, which gave me peace of mind knowing everything was in great shape.

Great service. Initially looked as though the entire faucet unit would need replacement but Max kept working with the problem and was able to resolve with minor repairs and no additional down time or expense. Will definitely call Advanced Plumbing for any future plumbing needs! Max is stellar!

Technician Augustus came in the allotted time. He listened to my concerns and he was very thoughtful in fixing the problem that I had complained of and listening to the tank for running I had heard. He found there were two more issues and had to rebuild the tank. I heard the watery sounds as well. All in all, I got my problem taken care of and the technician was very nice and took care to educate me. It was a pricey job. More than I thought it would be. But I guess that’s the way it is anymore.
