Barnett Plumbing has always been a great experience. This time Francis helped us. He knew exactly what needed to be done to stay within code but was flexible and worked with us to find a solution that worked for everyone. The work was done well, very neat and tidy, and exactly what we had discussed.

On-time, did what was discussed, clean, professional, no surprises.

All I can say is I highly recommend Barnett plumbing. My water heater went out so I called two other companies and got voicemails or bad connections and attitude like they didn’t need the business. Sean came gave me an estimate to replace my 13 yr old unit. I must say I had shell shock at how much they have gone up, but I think it was a fair deal. Sean was personable and respected my time. He took his time to explain the installation procedure, I never felt pressured to make a decision.
Ryan showed up and hour early and was fast and efficient either way the installation. He cleaned up after himself too! Thank you Barnett Plumbing

Prompt and knowledgeable. Jose came out early and fixed/replaced a shower valve in no time. He’s very professional and tidy-left the work area spotless.

The technician was great, prompt and friendly. I am not happy with the Barnett business model. $688 to clean a root from the drain and attempt to upsell from manual to hydro cleaning for $2,000. I do not understand how to justify a $2,000 drain cleaning. Highly questionable business practice given, particularly when applied to older clients in plumbing bind. Look elsewhere, like a smaller independent plumber.

Giovanni came out within an hour of my call to Barnett Plumbing to evaluate my failing hot water heater. He confirmed it was bearing retirement—and found several other issues that I was completely unaware of. He made plans to get everything fixed and working quickly. Just what I wanted!

We are very happy with Barnett Plumbing and Water Heaters from start to finish. We proactively wanted to change out our old water heater before it failed. Barnett Plumbing came out to give us an estimate on the installation of a heat pump water heater and other choices. We were given a price on the spot. Very reasonable price that included some cupboard demolition, and wiring. Alberto did the installation and Max did some follow up. Both men were very professional. Cleaned up post their work. The company was very responsive to our phone calls. We love our new heat pump! We’d definitely recommend this company.

Colin was very accommodating, easy to work with made it comfortable for me to understand the process and confident that he was gonna fix our situation. Everything was fixed in timely and I would definitely use Barnett again

Jesus is the exact Plumber you want working at your home. He’s knowledgeable & answered all my questions. The work area was kept safe, organized & clean. He informed me of any options I had & made sure I had good understanding before a decision was made. Due to my confidence in his workmanship I decided to go forward with extra work that probably could have been put off until there was total faucet failure. Jesus is a professional you can rely on. Barnett is always my go-to for plumbing projects! My insurance company required that we install a water leak detector so I reached out. Literally the next day Collin P was there installing it. He was thorough, knowledgeable, clean and professional. Thanks Barnett and Collin P!!

My experience with Barnett was refreshing. From Tristan's coordination of the project to Alberto's installation their skills, professionalism and cooperation was exemplary. They are a delight to work with. I asked for a water heater they don't normally install (an LG) that they obtained as well as an appropriate drip pan for the nominally square water heater. Installation was well and professionally done. My concerns were rapidly addressed and resolved. I am one very thrilled customer.

Barnett installed water heater 1.5 years ago. That went well, but this review is not for that. This review is to call out the top notch best-in-class troubleshooting and customer service of Francis.

Francis came to my place 1 day after I called up to mention a problem with the hotness of the water since a slow undetected prolonged leak upstairs was dripping into my water heater (for months)

Francis has A+ troubleshooting skills. And his teaching/explanation was also top-notch. He quickly tested a bunch of different stuff to get the lay of the land. Then with that complete info he quickly gave a theory for the problem (mixing valve). Then after more questions he gave a solid reasoning as to what triggered that to occur.

On top of that, he came up with a couple ancillary problems also (that can cause problems in the future).

Absolutely amazing, they are very timely efficient, extremely knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to help customers. I am so thankful for Barnett plumbing and their plumbers. Jose and Giovanni are top notch, huge assets to your company. Guys you’re amazing!!

Barnett was fantastic! Collin came and flushed our water heater and recommended some reasonable service options. Jose came back the same day and replaced our water heater anode rod and installed a new ball valve on our main line with skill and professionalism. He also took the extra time to insulate the new section of pipe, and the work looks great. They were both friendly, efficient, and clearly take pride in their craftsmanship.

Based on a friend's recommendation, we called Barnett Plumbing when our water heater gave up. Juanita scheduled someone to come out that day. The tech that arrived (wish I could remember his name) was thorough, explained the various options, and quoted us prices for each. We appreciated his honest, no-pressure opinions. After making our choice, Barnett's was able to schedule the installation for the next day. Alberto, the tech that did the install, was fantastic! He explained the work he was planning to do, and once completed, he showed us exactly what he had done. He did a beautiful job, and we appreciated his thoroughness. We give Barnett's plumbing 5-stars, and will definitely recommend them to others!

We had Barnett plumbing come out to inspect our water heater and change out our anode rod and flush the water heater.

I had called in the morning and received a call back promptly to set up an appointment the next day. They text you to provide an updated eta.

We had Francis come and help us that day. He was very knowledgeable and kind. He took the time to explain water heater/ softener and anode rod in detail.

We were able to get the anode rod changed out fairly quickly. Later in the day, one of our showers had low pressure. I called the office to let them know and Francis came back after his shift. Sediment had gotten into the shower fixture and he was able to quickly clean it.

Great experience

Needed help with a troublesome faucet at my home. Called Barnett and they sent me a tech (Francis) within 2 hours. When Francis was on his way, I got a text with a map showing me where Francis was with an ETA. Very helpful for managing my day.

When Francis got there, immediate solid rapport. Great vibes and very knowledgeable. Francis fixed the faucet, told me exactly what was wrong and did it with incredible professionalism. I can't recommend Barnett and Francis enough for the amazing service and experience they provided me with today.

If you need plumbing assistance, don't even waste your time trying to find someone else. Barnett is simply the best.

Barnett Plumbing was truly a lifesaver for us. What we thought would be a simple toilet repair quickly turned into a much bigger issue that definitely required real expertise. Our cast iron toilet flange was no longer level with the floor, which meant the toilet couldn’t sit properly or create a proper seal.

We got several bids and explored different solutions, but Barnett clearly stood out. They offered the most thoughtful and long-term fix : cutting the flange at the elbow and fully replacing it with a new plastic flange. Along the way, they also discovered additional issues under the house that others had completely missed.

In the end, they addressed multiple problems in one visit—and did it all the day before Christmas Eve! We’re incredibly grateful for their thoroughness, honesty, and professionalism. Highly recommend Barnett Plumbing if you want the job done right.
