I had a late night sewer backup and John was the only plumber willing to come out to clear the line. He was at my house within 30 minutes and he cleared the tree roots from my sewage line within an hour. He was friendly, professional, and his price was more than fair.

He showed up quickly, demonstrated experience in identifying the issue, resolving it and verifying the issue that it was fixed. He was very reasonable with the cost. He is a nice gentleman.
