My water heater broke and they came right away and replaced the burner and installed a new gas control thermostat. That was three weeks ago and it has been working great since they fixed it. Very nice people who came out. Also the women in office who answered my call was very helpful in pushing everything going fast for the repair

P3 got it done. They diagnosed my issue with speed and applied a robust solution. There was a small delay in their arrival but I must imagine a plumber as skilled as the one assigned to my job is in high demand.

Being a Local Business owner we pride ourselves on customer service and honesty. Performance Plus Plumbing went above and beyond care and customer service. We had an after hour emergency at our Salon. We called the office and spoke with a wonderful kind office Manager. She put us through with her awesome Plumber that was on his way home. He told me it would be no problem to come take a look. In 15 min he was there and knew exactly what the problem was, within 30 min our sink's were unclogged and back to normal. His expertise and kindness was such a breath of fresh air. I give this company 5⭐ great to work with and price is the Best around.

I can’t stress enough how nice it is to know I can call Performance Plus and know that they’ll be responsive and come out and do a great job. Cliff is always teaching and imparting his knowledge to help you take better care of your home. I really appreciate that being a 1st time home owner. They have come 2 times, years apart, and he always gets the job done and is professional, mindful of my home, and friendly. And Silvia, who answers the phone and books the work is very sweet. I’m sure she gets a lot of calls from stressed out people, and she’s always ready to help and willing to get you the best help fast.

Through the tone of her voice I can tell I will be in good hands and my water heater issues will be fix. She called me and even reminded me on my up coming appointment. Secondly, I wanted to thank Cliff who really did a great job on fixing my water heater in only few minutes, I was impressed! He also checked pipe fittings for potential leaks and I can tell this person’s MISSION is to make sure we are 100% safe around these equipments. He is straight forward and gave me some excellent advices and recommendations for my water heater in order to be earthquake safe. We had our water heater break down over the holidays. Sylvia was very prompt, and friendly and efficient in getting service to our home. She was able to get a technician to us within a few hours of our phone call. She was able to assist us with warranty on the water heater. She saved our family hundreds of potential costs. You have great representatives for your company, and I would easily recommend this business for any future issues.

Cliff, Grant and Sylvia gave me wonderful customer service. Install of a new boiler. Every bit of this process was painless, professional and a great value. 5 star. This was my second time using this company and I highly recommend.

They show up on time, they gave me a better price than the other plumbing company and finished within 1 hour. They such a good job, we had another plumbing problem, they were our first and only call.

Sylvia on the phone was very pleasant and reassuring. I paid just by providing numbers as we couldn’t be around during the water heater burner replacement (under warranty). They have the part - burner assembly. Got charged only for the labor and only after the service was done. Trustworthy!
With regards to the labor, it believe it was quick. Some parts got stripped, but it is typical working with wrenches. I did notice wet marks on the floor under the joints which means they did bubble test for leaks. Overall great work! Would call them again if needed or recommend to someone.

I had an issue with a brand new water heater and Performance Plus was recommended by the manufacturer and they came out as soon as they could and where able to replace the thermostat and burner assembly in about an hour with no issues. They were great to work with and I would use them again.

Performance Plus Plumbing was the only Plumbing service that understood my water heater problem and was out the same day to get my water heater up and heating water. I was very pleased with there knowledge and expertise. I will definitely use their services again when I have another Plumbing problem.

We needed quick work on our plumbing as we are selling our house. Performance Plus was very receptive and came immediately. They resolved the issue and did a great job. Excellent service and a very nice front office.

They were fast and arrived quickly to fix the water heater burner issue and at same time changed gas valve as well. They had professional attitude. The work was done in 15-20 mins but I paid $295 for service as parts were covered by water heater company because heater was still under parts warranty. Work was good but I felt $295 was high for the amount of time other preferred plumber were quoting $250 for same service. . But I will still recommend them to anyone looking for the service.

I purchased a water heater from Lowe’s on October 26th, 2024, after a short 9 weeks in operation, the gas valve, thermostat, and burner failed; it happened on January 1st, 2025. I contacted the manufacturer and received a repair order for the warranty repair. Performance Plumbing came to our rescue on January 2nd, with parts onboard before the OEM’s parts arrived. The repairs were completed in less than hour, with total success. I feel so lucky that I called them. I seriously recommend Performance Plumbing to anyone, and everyone who needs a professional plumber that wants to help a senior couple in the dead of winter take a warm shower. What a great business owner he is. I will use his services for all of my future plumbing needs, my wife continues to praise him and his work ethic, and his desire to serve his customers as family. I gave five stars in my review only because I could not give 100 stars that he truly deserves.

All I can say is they did a great job. My water heater needed some parts to be replace and when I called them, they came within hours. They even gave me feedback on how to maintain it. I definitely would recommend them. Thank you so much for the work you've done.

Got water heater problem. Contacted Performance Plus plumbing service to replace the burner and the gas valve. They scheduled an appointment for the next day. The technician those name was Grand was dispatched to come my house to replace the both parts. Grand did a great job. He made sure that what problem was before he started to do the job. He also checked all parts worked properly and advised me that I waiting for about an hour to get hot water. Not only Performance Plus plumbing but also the technician are good. I recommend it ！

Our Condo Association needed emergency leak detection and of all the companies contacted, the service was same morning and they were able to locate the source. They are very professional and Cliff is very knowledgeable. They are a great find! Relieved to know the source!
