This company is very honest, Sylvia explains the service in detail, and her pleasant demeanor is soothing to your worries during a break down of your equipment. Appointments that are scheduled with them is always on time. The technicians explain in detail what your equipment issues are, there polite and punctual. And there fees are reasonable. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. A pleasure working with them.

Highly recommend Company. Owner fit me in his schedule due to emergency with outside Pipe. Assessed, did temporary shut off, came back within hours to repair. Stayed into early evening to repair with expertise, care, and kept my costs very low. So very fortunate to have found this company. We had a major leak in our front yard sprinkler system and it was flooding our whole front yard. We called countless plumbing companies trying to get someone to come out. When we called Thompson Plumbing the answered our call for help immediately! Ryan immediately came out to fix the problem and save the day. He spent hours in the 100+ degree weather and fixed our issue the same day. He was professional, came out quick and effectively fixed the issue/ leak that was causing the flooding. We experienced a flooding situation due to a blockage in a underground sewer pipe.
I called at least 7 local plumbing companies, some returned my call but most did not.
Ryan Thompson of Thompson Plumbing did respond and showed!
I’ve been a licensed contractor all my life so I know what I’m saying if I recommend Thompson Plumbing.
He went far beyond my expectations, he did the dirty work and stayed late into the evening until the job was done. He left the area clean and sanitized.

Impeccable. Ryan is absolutely the best man for the job..and his rates are ridiculously less than expected! So win/win! He is extremely busy (understandably), so it is difficult to connect with him, but he is our guy, regardless, bc he is the best!

Reached out to Thompson Plumbing late evening on a Saturday due to not having any hot water. They came out the next day, did an inspection only to find out we needed to replace our water heater. They gave us a straight forward honest and upfront expectation on cost and the work involved, and the owner even took their time on a Sunday, to stop by and give us an extra piece of mind! They got to work immediately, while also professionally face masked and socially distant, and at the end of the day we had hot water again!

For new homebuyers, we were already disappointed about these immediate issues after dropping a ton on a home, but these guys worked with us, and we couldn’t have been any more grateful and happier with Thompson Plumbing! Highly recommended!!

I called Thompson Plumbing out of the blue on a Sunday for a leaking water valve. Ryan did a great job replacing the faucet and our shutoff valve. High quality work. Very thorough. I am sure it was more work than he expected, but he didn't increase from the quote. I am truly grateful. Thanks.

I had a leak late on a Saturday and Ryan did not leave until the job was completed . That meant he was here until after midnight. That is dedication that you don’t see much of these days. Thompson Plumbing is the worst experience I have had with a contractor. Ryan came to look at my broken shower pipe and told me he was available to fix it the next day. I made the mistake of paying him up front. He never showed up the following day and only sent text messages with excuses. It has now been over a month, and my shower is still not fixed and I have not been refunded. I gave him many chances, but again and again excuses, he obviously never planned to show up. Untrustworthy and dishonest. Find a different plumber...this one will take your money and disappear.

Jon came out in later in the evening and had a clever solution for our plumbing problem. 10/10 recommend

Very responsive to an emergency plumbing need on a Sunday afternoon.

While I ended up having to go with a different plumber, Jon was more than willing to refer me to other people in the area to get the work done.

He is going to be the first person I call for future plumbing needs.

I can’t recommend Vinland Plumbing enough. Jon helped me out with a sewer smell issue at my business that another company got completely wrong. He actually took the time to figure out what was going on and fixed it properly.

A week later I had another (separate) issue with both toilets backing up right before I was heading out of town, and he still came through that same night and took care of it.

Super reliable, honest, and just easy to work with. Definitely my go-to from now on.
