These guys weee amazing! Imagine a leak and no water at your newly purchased home, during a holiday, on a weekend! These guys fixed it and cleaned up in a flash! I hope that I don’t need them again, but if I do…I’m calling them!

I had a plugged kitchen sink. Sal was professional, courtesy and told me what he was doing through the entire process. I will definitely call Roto-Rooter again if I have plumbing problems.

It was super easy to book a Roto-Rooter tech. Sal, (the Tech) showed up within the given time frame. He evaluated the issue and gave a quote, he got the job done!

Sal did a great job in removing a stuck utensil from the disposal. He provided some great tips on maintaining the plumbing system well with dos and donots.

Great job with underground leak detection & repair. Arrived within 12 hours, repair done the following day, Enrique was awesome and my artificial turf looks almost undisturbed after repairs were done.

Roto rooters were able to send a plumber immediately to help me fix a leaking toilet pipe. I appreciate the quick turn around time but the initial estimate was $200 then was mentioned $300 and finally when making a payment it was $380 and said parts are extra. To change a small pipe and the flush valve I think it was overpriced. But I still appreciate the quick turnaround which was needed at the time. Would have been a 5 star if it was fixed it time at a reasonable and transparent pricing and would have recommended this company to people I know getting them more business.

He was efficient, very competent, told me what was wrong and totally cleaned up the grease that came out from the building’s old line. He was friendly and a pleasure to have in my apartment doing this somewhat difficult and messy job.

Representative arrive around 20 minutes late. That's a minor complaint. Otherwise, service from Roto-Rooter was great! The technician quickly cleared the sewer drain clog. He was a professional's professional and not only worked quickly and efficiently, but he was a pleasant chap as well.

I was highly recommended to reach out to Rob and Enrique from a neighbor who had used their services recently. Enrique came out the same day to fix a leak outside my home. He was right on time, friendly, and took the time to walk me through what was wrong and what he would be doing to repair it. We had a plumbing back in our main line and Roto-Rooter was great. I found a coupon on Yelp from them so I tried them. Not only did they come the same day, but they came within 2 hrs!!! SOOOO Convenient when you can't use your water. The plumber, James, was very professional, accepted the coupon without hesitation, and got the job done quickly!! I was so relieved we weren't going to be without water. I would hire James and Roto-Rooter again if this or any other plumbing issue arises.

We had a backed up main sewer line. The guys showed up the day we called, quickly cleared the roots from the line, and offered suggestions to reduce problems in the future. Very pleasant and professional.

Service was completed on time, the repair people were obviously knowledgeable and very pleasant. They told me what the problem the was and cleaned up the mess. I'll call them next time I have a plumbing problem.
