On a Saturday evening my kitchen sink plugged up. Plunging and Deaino overnight were unavailing. By 1pm Sunday the Travis technician Nico was here. He was pleasant and professional, and did the job efficiently, and cleaned up thoroughly. What a happy ending to a difficult incident! And their customer service process was also excellent.

From initial phone from call to installation, I dealt with Marc and Bryan, who are excellent, professional, knowledgeable, experienced. We needed emergency water heater call. They answered questions easily. They calmly explained and showed us what they were doing and why. Very very respectful of time and property, wearing protective shoe booties in the house, and cleaning up perfectly the entire water heater area before leaving. Brought everything up to code, as well. 12p - 4p window didn’t show. Called Dispatch at 5:10 and the lady was loud, pushy, and not polite. She made me feel bad for them being late. She canceled the job with no care like I wasn’t even important to their business. She said they have been in business for 40 years… so you think they have enough experience to make a 4 hour window.

They are professionals. Very quick to respond and efficient in organizing repair efforts for my water pipe leak outside my homeI. I highly recommend them and will tell my friends.

The worker are kind an knowledgeable, but the dispatcher/boss was always checking up on the plumbers which seemed to add an hour or two of time to the project. This was the second time I used them. The first time was for an insurance claim to fix my main water line entering my house, which was covered 100% by insurance. I had a good experience that time so I hired them again to unclog my upstairs shower, which turned out to be severely clogged and required replacement.
They charged me $1,568 total to replace the 12 feet of drain pipe. The entire run of 1.5 inch galvanized pipe from the upstairs bathroom shower drain to the Y connection to the main sewer drain under the house in the crawlspace was replaced with 2 inch ABS.
They had to cut out drywall from downstairs bathroom to access piping for the upstairs shower drain. The drywall was left in bags for me to fix myself. They didn't offer to repair the holes in the drywall. The prices seem extremely high at $225 per hour if the job takes longer that what is in the pricing book app that they have on their tablets.

Javier was very professional on his job; he came in to fix the issue and clean up after himself. He explained to me what the problem was and was very good at what he does. He deserve a raise.

They were excellent in all the categories. Excellent quality, good value, very professional, absolutely responsive and ON TIME! They tend to give you a four hour window, but both times I needed them, they beat the estimated times, and let me know when the plumbers were on their way. Here is my water heater "after." unfortunately, no before pictures.

Technician communicated his ETA, was on time. He fixed leak in exterior main water pipe. He tested to confirm that problem was fixed, he was knowledgeable and professional. He cleaned up the area. I recommend RB TRAVIS.

They came to fix a leak, we ended up finding another leak and they fixed that too. The next day, we noticed that there was still some water accumulating around the repaired area. We called them again to come take a look. They scheduled us in immediately and met with us the next day to finalize the repair. Great company to work with. Highly recommend.
