The communication, punctual arrival, the successful work and overall experience we had with RB Travis was stellar! Mark (manager/supervisor) was super polite and helped with making this job a success. Ernesto (technician) who did the work, was extremely knowledgeable and sweet and worked very hard to fix our issues. We will definitely use RB Travis again for any of our plumbing needs. Thank you!

I have a very small leak in my external water line and the technicians from RB Travis are able to locate it underground and fixed it timely. The team of employees are very courteous, professional, and effective. It is by far, the best plumbing company I have encountered.

Ernesto is a skilled & courteous plumber. He patiently explained to me the necessary repair to the main water pipe to the house. He professionalized previous old connections with copper & new valves. He left the yard neat & clean.

Niko @ his colleague arrived, introduced themselves and inspected the areas that were leaking. They were articulate describing the underlying issues and how he was going to fix them. I am so happy with this company! I was told by the water company that we were using about 1.5 gallons of water a minute!! We turned off our water over night but RB Travis Plumbing was able to come first thing the next morning. Nico arrived at 930am and worked so efficiently to find the leak and correct the problem. Jesse came and brought the tools they needed to cut into the concrete slab that was covering the piping. I am so relieved that the issue has been fixed! We have running water again! Thank you RB Travis Plumbing, Nico and Jesse for saving the day!

We had a leak at our main valve from the street. We were told we'd have a plumber arrive between 8:30 and 9 on Monday as we were the first customer of the day. At 9, I called and heard that the window was supposed to be until 12, but don't worry, you'll hear from them before that. Now, it's 1, I've been waiting all day and still no plumber. Now it's nearly 2 and we were updated via text that it may be 4 before they get here. Wasted day waiting. SOOO FRUSTRATING!

I wouldn’t recommend using them to anyone that cares about their own house. These people half of the time don’t know what they are doing. I ordered a clean out with hydro flush and not only they didn’t finish the job, they left the job half done. The plumber was an amateur, messed up my pipes, didn’t finish installing the clean out and left without performing the hydroflush and then call it the day. The left a big hole at my house with backflow sewage water flooding in my bathroom which didn’t happen until they started the work on my house. This company has no morale and no ethics. They have the nerve to try to keep my $2500 when they couldn’t fulfill contract. Below are pictures of how they left the clean out… a big hole with lots and lots of leaks through the pipes.

Elias did a thorough job as our pipes in the crawlspace needed replacing. He was methodical and patient as it was nearly a full day job.

Very professional and friendly Customer Support team who promptly scheduled the service call to fix the broken main water line connecting meter to home, and the Service Technician Nicholas who fixed the multiple leaks the same day. The only thing that could not be resolved was the main water control knob that was not completely stopping the water flow because Nicholas supervisor did not authorized the replacement despite his recommendation and request! Other than this miner issue, everyone is very professional and good and completed the job to my satisfaction! Thanks

I have been with RB Travis for several years and never had a bad
experience. Today Elias fixed a shower cartridge. He had to
got two different supply stores to find the needed part. He went
out of his way to help this old, beat up old army veteran. The price
was extremely fair for the amount of time and effort Elias and RB
Travis put into the project. Also, the office staff was very
cordial and helpful. The work and risks were explained ahead of
time. Over the years I have had other plumbing companies
do work for me but none matched the service and prices of
RB Travis. I am a customer for life. Oh, and they gave this
old army grunt a nice discount. Very much appreciated.

The diagnosis and repair were very good. The technician was shown the problem and analyzed it well. The solution involved replacing a pressure regulator. After the regulator was in place, the technician set the regulator to the proper value. I was very pleased with the experience.

Ernesto was GREAT! He answered the questions I had and fixed the problem. Most of all he was very kind. A rare trait nowadays.

The online app is great, it tracks the technician location and tellling exactly what time he will come. The technician Nicholas from R.B. Travis, is very professional, get the job done quickly and complete.
