We had the faucet in the front yard replaced few months ago. We hardly used it (perhaps a total of 20 times because we have an automatic sprinkler system). We were always very gentle with it and yesterday the faucet started leaking. I called to have it repaired and they said it'll be next week at the earliest. I called again to ask for how long their work is guaranteed. I have not gotten a call back. Very disappointed

Marco and Pepe were on time and very professional. Explained what needed to be done and were friendly and courteous. Although we didn't expect it at all, we thought it was nice that they put on shoe covers every time they went into the house, even though i'm sure it was a hassle. Thank you for fixing our clogs!!

Marco and Daniel were promptly on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with our low pressure hot water. They replaced a few worn out parts and we were all good to go. If anyone I know needs a plumber I will without hesitation recommend this company. Good people!!

Very, very happy with the repair work done today. Had water leaking from the upstairs shower to the ceiling downstairs. Had visions of a major $$$ repair. But these guys quickly figured out where exactly the leak was at and fixed it (the pipe in the wall between the shower valve and shower head, they showed me the leak so that I could see it for myself).
They were friendly, told me what they were doing at every step and answered my questions.
They were very professional, they figured out the problem quickly and repaired it quickly. They charged about half of what I feared it was originally going to cost. I highly recommend them.

They took all the extra time necessary to fix a small problem that took an unexpectedly large amount of time, with patience and professionalism and without charging more than the pre-agreed cost.

Reed replaced my hot water heater and just finished a difficult job replacing a broken pipe in my kitchen wall. They did fantastic work. Came out quickly to assess the situation, retuned quickly to repair. Cleaned up their work space really well. Did minimal damage to the wood on the wall. Marco, Gonzalo, and Carlos were great. On time, even a little early, friendly, and informative. I'm definitely going to use them again.

Called on Saturday about a clean out that kept on getting plugged up. They showed up the next working day on Monday bright and early and spent 2 hours blasting grease all the way down to the street with a pressure washer.

No more clogs when running a couple gallons of water! Hopefully won't need their services again but if I do they're local and I trust their work!

TL;DR: Good folks, will use again.

I'm in the middle of a bathroom remodel, and so short a toilet for the family. Flush the toilet, and realize I'm standing in a puddle ... bad. Yeah, it's "just" a wax ring, but toilets are heavy and wax rings a hassle and, dangit, I need it done *right* when it's the only toilet I have right now.

Marco was understanding and had a crew out very quickly, took care of it, boom. Not cheap, nobody is any more, but reasonable, and didn't try to upsell me the "platinum package" like a certain other outfit here in town in the yellow trucks.

Reed's folks made sure the toilet was in good order, adjusted it and sealed everything up. I'll be using them again in the future.

They brought the wrong part and what should have taken 20 minutes wound up taking over two hours. That doesn't bother me too much but they charged $525.00 for removing the shower handles and installing new cartridges. Compared to some other plumbing work that I had done recently, that is ridiculously expensive.

I made the mistake of not asking for an estimate in advance. On the other hand, they didn't give me any warning. The crew and quality of the work were fine but the invoice feels like robbery.
