Like other reviewers, our home warranty uses RB Travis. An appointment was scheduled almost instantly. Josh quickly diagnosed the issue (external water supply line leak) and a follow up appointment was scheduled. They arrived promptly, excavated and repaired the leak that day, cleaning up afterwards. Very satisfied customer.

Recently, I discovered a leak in my exterior water service line. Fortunately, the line is insured through HomeServe, and they promptly arranged for a contracted plumber to assist me. What follows is my very positive experience with RB Travis Plumbing, who was sent by HomeServe.
The first technician I met in person was Joshua. He was highly professional and patient. He carefully listened to my concerns and thoroughly inspected the area where the leak was suspected. To ensure an accurate diagnosis of the pipeline, he arranged for a leak locator to come out the very next day. The inspection was completed promptly, and the exact area requiring excavation was clearly marked in preparation for the repair.
On the following workday, Joshua arrived on time and was accompanied by Kevin. Together, they began the excavation and pipe repair. Their professionalism was evident throughout the entire process. Kevin even helped me remove additional pavers, which was not part of their responsibility, but they kindly assisted so the work could proceed more smoothly.
Joshua and Kevin then carefully excavated the area, separating the sand and gravel layers with great care. Joshua repaired the damaged pipe, and I could clearly see the high quality of his workmanship. After the repair, they meticulously restored the gravel layer, removed large rocks, compacted the area properly, and finished by filling in the sand.
I am completely satisfied with their work. Both Joshua and Kevin were professional, friendly, and patient in answering all of my questions.
This leak occurred during the New Year holiday season, and I was initially concerned about plumber availability. However, the work was completed on time with minimal delay. It was clear that they treated my situation as a priority despite the holiday period.

Our service technician Scott was prompt, professional and offered several different approaches to help us fix our drainage issues with our showers.

Greg Morales and Brandon Correa of RB Travis Plumbing Contractors did an exceptional job repairing a bathroom sink drain. They figured out how to get through a spaghetti of very old and less old supply lines and drains to repair a pipe that was broken in two places in what was probably original plumbing from the late 1890s. They were professional, polite, personable, competent, and most importantly they solved a problem that previously a general contractor thought could only be solved by ripping up the bathroom floor. Not! They were a dream to work with. They showed up exactly on time and they left the space nice and clean when they were finished. I would recommend them to anyone.

Outstanding service from Javier at R.B. Travis.

HomeServe scheduled R.B. Travis to fix two clogged sinks in my home (kitchen and bathroom). Javier called ahead, arrived on time, and went above and beyond. He even took the extra time to rework the HomeServe ticket into two separate service tickets so both issues could be properly covered — something he absolutely didn’t have to do, but did to take care of me.

I’ve lived at this address for over 50 years, and this was one of the best service experiences I’ve had. Javier was professional, polite, and kept me informed throughout the entire visit. He made sure every drain in the house was flowing perfectly before leaving.

In a time when quality service is hard to find, Javier truly stands out. R.B. Travis is lucky to have him. Highly recommended.

We have a home warranty that uses them and they have been great every time. They had to practically replace every pipe under my house and they were there for like 10 hours straight under my tiny crawl space. They were very pleasant for having to be under my house for that long on a hot summer day!We just had Ajon(sp?) come back this morning on a Saturday and he’s super nice and thorough. Sean was very knowledgeable and although the problem was with a septic tank and was not straight forward, he did some trouble shooting and expertly diagnosed the problem. My tenant had not been able to use the toilet for several days and Sean fixed the problem for her. He was very pleasant and explained everything he was doing. I asked for his card so I could ask for him in the future.
