Our tub was flooded and Sean from roto rooter came and fixed like a champ. He explained the issue in details and told us what he’s gonna do and gave us the quote. The price was very reasonable and he quickly fixed the issue. He spent good amount of time to make sure that the issue is resolved which was very reassuring. Their customer service is great with appointment and ETA. I would strongly recommend their services.

Sean and his co-worker (unfortunately I did not get his name) we're very kind and helpful in my time of need. As a single income, single woman; I appreciate their hospitality and politeness when it came to entering my house and working on all of my bathroom issuess. They were both polite and helpful. I highly recommend them. Sean was extremely understanding and knowledgeable. You guys were incredible. I hope I never have to see you again but if I do I hope it's the two of you!

Excellent service. We have a very difficult sewer pipe on a very steep hill. Sean and the team at Roto-Rooter is very knowledgeable. They are very friendly and also very communicative. We have used them for 9+ years and will continue to do so.

Sal was super nice, explained everything and told us some things we need to do down the road. Service was quick and professional.

$800 to hydro jet a pipe and to be told thiers a blockage that cant ve cleared. We called Advanced plumbing and they removed the root then after the first time.

Called and Sal came in. Didn’t expect much from a weekend but Sal pulled through and arrived. The clog was worst than we expected but Sal was persistent and got it cleared.

I recently scheduled an appointment with Roto-Rooter and had a fantastic experience. Booking online the night before was easy, and they promptly confirmed my appointment. Sean, the technician, arrived exactly at 8 AM for my 8-10 AM time window, which I really appreciated.

Sean clearly knew what he was doing. He explained everything efficiently and resolved my immediate issue quickly. What stood out to me was his honesty. He pointed out an existing problem that I’d been told about a few years ago by another service, confirming it would eventually need attention. It was refreshing to have that consistency without any upselling pressure.

Rotorooting clean out of a root fillled drain line was efficiently acomplished by Sal Oadir. The price of the service was higher than I expected

Root-Rooter I save the day on more than one occasion. Living in the country on acreage and septic and a 5 person +friends household really clogs our drains. Thankful for same day service with Roto-Rooter.

Sean(Tech #5550) was fantastic. He showed up on time, was very professional, and didn’t leave until he made sure everything was completely cleared and working properly. He stuck to his original price—no surprises—and even took on an extra job without hesitation or complaint. Sean is a genuinely pleasant and reliable guy. I highly recommend him if you need a plumber you can trust.

I called them back in December 2024 after a suspected water leak under my kitchen floor expecting professional help — instead, I got delays/poor time management and an overpriced bill for subpar work. The technicians were polite but the work they did was not what I signed up for and certainly wasn’t completed, didn’t seem prepared, and gave me vague explanations about what needed to be done. They tore up parts of my flooring and left equipment running for days which I didn’t realize would interrupt our kitchen access for more three weeks. I was made to believe this project would only last for about 7 days. When I would call the project manager, he would answer vaguely and so I felt lost for most of the project.

To make matters worse, the final bill was way high and what I was quoted was a large range and ended up being on highest end— even the project manager projected it wouldn’t come to that but it certainly did. I was so desperate I went with them but that was my mistake to trust them. I will end up hiring a different company to finish the job properly because there was still mold. I understand the job was more than what was on the surface, but it got way out of hand quickly with no explanation. They bit off more than they could chew. At the end of the whole ordeal, they advised that the project wasn’t finished but they did all they could do to address the parts they could uncover. In reality, the mold wasn’t removed, and I will have to hire another company to finish their mess.

Save yourself the stress — look elsewhere for water damage restoration. This was a nightmare.

Called Roto Rooter to replace two old, very corroded washing machine faucets/valves. He was here within an hour, solved the problem and made sure it was done right. Very impressed.

Roto-Rooter was a big help with a drain blocked in our tub. Sean was very good at explaining the issue and how it was going to be fixed. The process was quick and painless. Great job!

This is a dishonest company. They charged a 90 year old $8000 to clear a kitchen sink line. He thought the bill was $800 and wrote them a check (twice because two different people showed up and he was unaware he has already written one). A bill comes later and they said the $800 was a down payment only. I have estimates from other plumbers in the area for 10% of what these people charged. Message me and I will provide the proof.
