Though they did show up late, the service work was excellent. They were apologetic about being late; wish they could have informed me towards the beginning of the 4 hour window, instead of me calling at the end of it.

They came on time, were professional, quickly diagnosed the problem with my water heater, made the quick fix, and showed me how to do it myself in the future. It was a good experience.

PPP came in did warranty work, was on time, performed work, had water heater up and running within an hour.

I had a pipe leak which needed immediate repair. I called a couple of places and they were to busy to help me. I took my chances and called Performance Plus Plumbing and they did not dissapoint . I recently experienced a huge problem with my 6yo Water Heater. A hole developed in the burner causing flame to roll out. Luckily a new burner was over nighted. I phoned Performance Plus Plumbing and was given an appointment for the next day. However, Sylvia called me to see if I was available for the same day. How Awesome. This company very efficient. Helped me pick toilet that flushes well. Sylvia helped me with my order and scheduling and plumbers that did installation very knowledgeable and fast. I was very satisfied and am happy.

$250 for less than 15 minutes look at what is wrong with Takagi tankless water heater in garage! I was working in front of my work laptop and technician was in a hurry to get paid. We should have paid him after 1 hour. It turned out it is the electric outlet not working. No allowance... Gree... I called their office to request that the $250 be applied to maintenance service (which they mentioned during call when I scheduled the appointment which is flat fee of $250 for 1 hour) to flush out water heater valves but no they said it is only good for the same day and it is already almost 5pm.

These guys know their business AND they instinctively know Customer Service. From the moment they answered the phone I knew they were professional and knowledgeable. They communicated, showed up as promised and handled the replacement of my ruptured water heater. 100% recommend.

I called Performance Plus around 9:30 am on a Thursday morning. I explained that the main sewer line in a shared Doctor's office was clogged and they could not use any of their sinks in exam rooms or toilets in their 2 offices. Performance Plus came right out and worked diligently to clear the line. The technician ran the line 3 times to get it working correctly. I will use them in the future if any of my other rentals, either commercial or residential has issues.
