Jon came within the appointed window of time. He was courteous and put slippers over his shoes. He got right to work and solved our difficult problem within 45 minutes. We paid him more than he asked and my husband said it was worth it!!

I definitely recommend them. He came out same day and restored our hot water. Communicated well with general updates about timing and when exploring then explaining our problem. Reasonable price too. I will definitely call them again next time I need a plumber

Jon was referred to us by a neighbor who had great things to say about him and his work. Jon came to look at an old sewer line which seemed blocked. He clearly advised us on all the options available and got to work, updating us on progress all the way. Jon and his team were great to work with and we would highly recommend.

Jon came out on a Saturday night at 8:30pm, during this Holiday season. He was professional and courteous, and went above and beyond, to find where my water leak was coming. 2 other companies came out, and they couldn’t figure it out. THANK GOODNESS we called Vinland Plumbing. He was able to come out the same day, and didn’t want to leave until he could figure it out. Wow fantastic service had a water heater installed Jonathan upgraded my shut off valve so I could easily shut off the water heater in the event of a mishap! He upgraded the lines too everything is working perfectly! Superior Service easy scheduling process. They were at my house the next day! Very knowledgeable plumer, easy to speak with, prompt, efficient, low impact no garbage or debris left behind cleaned everything up! Jon did a great job Replacing the Delta tub faucet cartridge housing in our wall. Bonus the new housing has shut off valves on it, which are awesome. He even came out on a Sunday for us and didn’t charge extra! Highly recommended.

The plumbers from Vinland did a fantastic job installing a gas line and drainage pipe for our new washer and dryer. They were not only quick, but did the job right and with good communication. My wife was very pleased after they finished. Worth every penny!

Jon was AMAZING! I had very specific complaints about what was happening with my plumbing, it was extensive. He was very confident he was up for the challenge! I had a clog that was preventing me from using my kitchen sink, dishwasher AND clothes washer! For a family with teenagers this was a disaster. He was at my house within 12 hours of me contacting him. Jon and his apprentice also had to access the crawlspace under my home and when I returned from work there was no evidence of dirt or grime around his working areas. This has always been a dread for me, USUALLY there's some cleanup that I need to do after my home was worked on and not this time! I'm really grateful for that! I didn't even complain about my old drain issues from my clothing washer and he found a creative fix for it! He also added another clean out to make life easier if and when we get another clog. He had to replace a section of pipe under the house and also attached a new clean out to that pipe as well. He gave me two quotes one for a simple snake if that's all it took and another for the indepth work. His pricing is fair and his communication is honest and genuine. He clearly explained everything he did and he was very clean and kind. I'm so relieved to have been referred to Jon knowing I now have a reliable and honest plumber it makes home owning less daunting! THANK YOU JON!!

LOOK NO FURTHER! Vinland Plumbing is the best priced licensed plumber in town! The owner did an excellent job communicating, quickly scheduling us in to repair a water leak, being studious and on time, and fixing the leak. He was also kind enough to answer any questions I had. He always had a smile on his face and made sure his work was to his own high standards. No corners were cut.

Very fast and efficient. I contacted Barnett Plumbing at noon and a few hours later, I had a new water heater installed. The installer was Sean and he was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was patient and took the time to answer my questions.

I started working with Barnett Plumbing when he first opened his shop in Livermore and have used them for residential and commercial plumbing over the past several years. I’ve never been disappointed with any of the services they’ve provided. I’m a property manager for residential and commercial real estate and they have solved some serious plumbing issues in the past. They’ve always been 100% honest with me and have done an excellent job. I look forward to when they go back to being general plumbers versus specializing in water heaters, because I can refer tenants to Barnett and not worry about the quality of their work.
