Clearview did an amazing job removing hard water stains from windows that were over 100 years old. Several widows were nearly opaque and they were able to restore them to their 1907 glory.

The crew worked hard for almost all day to rid my roof of excessive moss. They were careful, neat and very friendly. I recommended Clearview to several neighbors & mentioned to all that using a softwash method is definitely recommended over pressure washing. The crew was at a neighbor's this week!

I called to get an estimate for our ADT office in modesto and the call was transfered to the owner, a male answered. He said he will come in tomorrow Friday to give us a free quote and then when I told him how many windows we had, he said their company focuses on bigger companies. I haven't had a company business turn a job down for the size or the amount of windows. Our calls dropped and he never called back. Not a good way to do business. The best thing to do is come look then give an estimate, then we'll decide if it is a yes or a no. I didn't like this.

Excellent product my north side of my tile roof needed a second treatment and ClearView came out and treated it like the warranty suggested and the guys were very professional and polite, its nice to have a company that you can depend on 👍 thank you

Clearview cleaned 18 solar panels on the roof of my home. This was the first time the panels were cleaned since they were installed in August of 2023. The panels had visible dust and bird droppings before being cleaned. The employees were professional, on time and finished the work in 30 minutes from start to finish. They used deionized water from their truck, which is important to prevent hardwater from fouling up the panels. Over the course of 7 days, I averaged about 8% increase in panel energy generation (kWh). I definitely would recommend Clearview to clean solar panels.

We recently had our roof treated by ClearWash in Lodi and were very pleased with the overall experience. Our roof had significant moss buildup; we knew it needed professional care. From the initial consultation, Davide and his team stood out for their kindness, professionalism, and clear communication. They took the time to explain the chemical treatment process in detail, which helped us feel confident moving forward.
The first treatment improved the roof's condition some; however, a lot of moss remained due to the severity of the buildup and lack of rain. Clearview returned for a second treatment about five weeks ago, and the results were impressive. The roof isn't 100% moss-free yet; however, there is approximately 80% improvement, which is very noticeable. The roof looks much cleaner.

I was in a pickle. My insurance company said they were not going to renew my home insurance because of moss, algae and lichen on my Spanish roof tiles. I only had 2 days left to send photo proof to the insurance company and Clearview made a special effort to come to my house that day and they cleaned my tiles perfectly. They even made good on MY misunderstanding of the job and they also stayed working until it got dark. Super nice and friendly. I give them high marks and will use them again as needed. I called to get a quote for window washing and ended up hiring them to wash the house, concert and windows. The house looks amazing. They were able to reach all the high places and removed all bug webbing, bird droppings and dirt. They washed all window sills and door tracking. Everyone was very friendly, polite and professional. Exceptional work.

Clearview Softwash is a top-notch business, with excellent service. My sales representative, David Tatone was a great guy to deal with. He explained the product and the process so that I understood it very clearly. The process happened just as he described. He sent two very professional people out to my house. They were well trained, very polite, and knew exactly what to do. We did a quick walk around my house, I was concerned because I had a two-story house, with an upper story deck spanning the whole length of the back of the house. The deck had a trellis over the top also spanning the whole length of the house, making it impossible to get to the backside of the roof, so I wasn't sure how they would approach that, but it became quickly apparent that these guys knew exactly what to do without my guidance. It's such a relief when professionals come in and take over, and do what they do best. Ryan and his co-worker did an excellent job cleaning my roof, and my upper/lower deck. They took extra time to scrub on my deck that was very dirty, and got it to look amazing. I have never seen it that clean, it almost looks like a brand new deck now. I could tell by their work truck that this is a class-act company. The truck was extremely clean, and carried a lot of equipment. The way the truck was designed was evident that this company is state of the art. I've been concerned for quite awhile about anyone being on my roof because of the amount of moss that had built-up over the years. These professionals have solved that problem, and have put my mind at ease. They were worth the cost, and I would do it again. I'm so glad that David Tatone described in detail the benefits of having my roof cleaned. Another home improvement checked off my list, yay!

Great service with a nice professional team of people. I needed to get a softwash for insurance purposes and they rescinded the non-renewal notice after seeing the invoice along with the greatly detailed photos they took for me. I had very little time to get this finished and they were extremely tentative and helpful along the way- A huge weight is off my shoulders now that my insurance is no longer going to be canceled. I will definitely reccommend this company to my friends and family in the future, thanks again!

Called Clearview Softwash David arrived and gave us a quote and explained the softwash process. We needed our windows washed before our blinds were to be installed. David assured us he could accomodate us.

Ryan and his Dad did a tremendous job on the house. Although the estimator was mot complete in the ccntract write-up versus what was promised, they honored what was promised. They were very thorough and the outside of the house “smelled clean”. We walked around the house and the Dad pointed what had been done and the care they took. I highly recommend using their service versus just a power wash company or DIY.

Clearview did a soft wash on our roof in 12/23 for solor panels to be installed. They did an awesome job then. This job was for a touch up for a patch of moss growth on our roof. The crew (Miguel and Pedro) was professional, friendly and on time. The crew recommend to us to wash our solar panels and the panels came out perfect like brand new. Good job guys !

Thank you Clear View, for installing Christmas lights on our house. We are ready to plug them in at Thanksgiving, and enjoying them through the Christmas Season. The best thing is that Clear View will return in January to remove them too!
