What was promised was delivered. My house looks like it was just painted, windows are clean and streak free and the forty year old driveway looks better then it has in many years. The price was very reasonable and the two fellows who did the work were friendly and competent.
Lastly, the office staff were knowledgeable
and also very friendly. Questions were answered and communications were timely and helpful.

We hired Clearview Softwash to clean our solar panels and gutter, wash 27 windows, and put up LED holidays lights. We could not be happier with their service. Working with David, Ryan and Kelly was a pleasure. They were friendly, responsive, and provided excellent communication at every stage of the process. The work was first rate and we saw our solar efficiency jump from 24.7 to 30+ after cleaning. A+ job.

I received a letter from my home insurance company stating they were not going to renew my policy due to my roof having mold/moss. I called Clearview and they assured me that they could get me renewed. They got me an appointment ASAP and were very helpful throughout the whole process. They answered all the questions I had in a timely manner. They took before and after pictures as I requested. They did an amazing job and my policy got renewed!! Best part is that it comes with a 5 year warranty. Would 1000% recommend them to anyone!

I was extremely happy with the work done by Ryan and Obani from Clearview Softwash. They worked for 2 straight days on our multi-level house built into a hillside. In addition to soft washing our entire home plus roof, we had the gutters and solar panels cleaned. The process was explained in detail and removed built-up moss, and dirt on the roof and eliminated dirt, mold, mildew and leeching stains from our stucco exterior walls. The material on their website and the videos they provided ahead of time were very clear and informational. Ryan and Obani were very conscientious, polite and took great care to protect our property and landscaping from damage. I highly recommend them.

I hired this company to clean my Mother's windows and solar panels as a surprise and I was pleased to hear nothing but great things from her. She is a hard woman to please but she was ecstatic! Delta Valley is an awesome company ! We have four custom homes that are only a few years old with top of the line windows and solar panels . Due to the dry and dusty weather we've experienced lately and because of the recent grape harvesting in our area of Lockeford, my wife and I contracted Delta Valley Cleaning to clean our solar panels. It's easy to overlook the need to maintain super clean solar panels for maximum performance, and Tyler did a fine and complete job in cleaning our panels. Tyler arrived at the appointed hour, discussed the procedure thoroughly, and got to work. Good guy, excellent job....

Jason and Michael showed up on time and cleaned almost 20 large windows, inside and out, vacuumed and brushed the tracks, and cleaned the screens and sills. They removed their shoes, without asking and without fail, anytime they entered the house. Very professional, punctual, detailed and trustworthy. Everything looks pristine and like new again. Jason cleaned my solar panels. He showed up on time and was friendly and very efficient. My panels were extra dirty due to the last two years of wildfires. He actually took the time to clean them twice and didn’t charge extra. Great value and workmanship. I’ll have him clean them every year from now on!
