Found Delta Valley Cleaning through Google reviews and gave them a call. Told Jason I needed it done ASAP because of a roof inspection - he made sure it got done the next day. Carlos and Victor showed up around 2:30 PM, super professional, and got straight to work. They cleaned the roof, gutter and soft-washed the whole house. Everything looked spotless afterward. Really happy with how it turned out.

Jason and his team did a great job on our roof! Victor and Carlos were prompt on arrival and got straight to work. They showed me a video of the roof , cleaned the roof, my gutters and Solar. They covered all of my plants and did great job on the clean up. They even cleaned the side yards of my neighbors incase any debris from my yard landed over the fence. 100 would recommend!!

They were able to squeeze my house in on short notice, arrived when they said they would and did a great job! Delta Valley came out on August 29 to clean our roof and solar panels. Instantly the solar panels looked great! We are still waiting for the roof to clear up as the nature of soft washing takes time.

I took these photos around September 16th. I will come back in about 5 months and a half and share new photos of the clean roof!

This company is amazing. I called to inquire to softwashing my roof with all the fog this year, my moss has built up. The person I spoke with gave me a rough estimate over the phone to know if this was something I wanted to have this company do or to do it myself. This employee or owner walked me through everything in order to do the job myself. This is CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Jason (the owner) provided me with an estimate of having my gutters/downspouts cleaned, roof valleys cleared and some concrete power washing. I felt the price was fair! Jason is a very kind and knowledgeable person. Consultation was very good, I had a good set of options given to me and prices were fair. His team also showed up on time, and did a really thorough job. My 24 year old roofing was MUCH better after, as were my windows, stucco, siding, concrete, and gutters. Jason and his team were outstanding! I had been calling around to find someone to pressure wash our driveway, within the same day since we urgently needed to settle a complaint, since our driveway was no longer meeting the HOA standards and so we needed immediate service! As I called around, I quickly discovered that many were unable to provide the service for weeks out! Graciously, Delta Softwash was referred and vetted to us by one of the other pressure washing businesses and they vouched that they could likely help us that day or even by the next day! Luckily as I reached out, they told me they would be able to accommodate us within the next few hours to survey the driveway and offer us a quote, and by the next morning they were out on our property!

Jason and his team were very communicative and transparent! They detailed everything they were going to cover, but moreover, they were very generous in offering more than what we asked to be serviced! We had only requested for them to service our driveway, but he offered to even wash parts of our house which had been overrun by algae, diminishing the overall appearance of our home! As for the job with our driveway, it was admittedly a daunting job considering we had deeply set in oil stains, and 1/3 of our driveway was nearly black with assorted stains! Other parts of the driveway were discolored, with patches of lighter and darker shades of concrete. Getting our driveway to an acceptable state, given the lack of uniformity and the very dark stains, was not going to be a feasible one, and to my belief, a nearly impossible one!

After a short 2.5 hours, Jason and his team were done with the entire driveway and with the parts of our house! They exceeded our expectations and helped to restore and improve the presentation of our home! We loved them so much we will definitely be having them return to seal and color our driveway, and also power wash our home! Please consider Jason and his team, for all your pressure washing needs!
