If you need a great vintage stove, here's the place to be. A big shout out to Marco who helped me with my vintage stove problem. A really nice kind man and an honorable businessman. Check his stoves out.

Marcos repaired my oven on my 1950’s Western Holly stove. He was very professional by keeping his appointment and showing up on time as scheduled. He was patient and very detailed with his work. It really showed how much he enjoys his profession and the passion he has for working on old stoves.
Thank you Marco for fixing my stove!!!

I urgently needed my 1954 Okeefe & Merritt oven to be tuned up before new renters moved in. I called Antique Stove Repair and Marco was there by early afternoon. I’ve had Bonds Stove repair (no longer in biz) tune up this oven before, but Marco connected the tubes with cotter pins that connect the pilot to the burners, replaced a missing pilot cover, replaced oven door springs, missing knob springs and gave me a oven rack. I’ve never seen such a thorough job in the 15 years that I’ve owned this. Thanks Marco for all your work and the very fair price....and for letting me watch while you were performing your magic. Great education!

Searched for someone in Long Beach when our refrigerator started warming up and making a strange buzzing sound. Ransome Appliance Repair responded quicker than expected. The technician checked the cooling system, replaced a worn component, and made sure the temperature returned to normal before leaving. Everything’s been running quietly since then. Definitely a convenient appliance repair option in Long Beach, CA when a fridge decides to stop cooperating.

I recently had a service visit from Ransome Appliance Repair when our refrigerator started making unusual clicking sounds and wasn’t cooling consistently. The technician arrived promptly and began by carefully inspecting the compressor and thermostat system.
He explained what was causing the issue and completed the repair during the same appointment. Before finishing, the technician checked the temperature settings and monitored the refrigerator for a few minutes to make sure everything was operating normally again.
The entire experience felt organized and professional. I’m very satisfied with the service and would happily recommend Ransome Appliance Repair for appliance repairs.

Tech sent out was wonderful. Unfortunately, what he did left the problem unsolved.

So far so good the repairman, Mr Choi, I believe, has the water flowing and the ice maker working this morning.

They showed up on time and worked continually until the job was done. However, after the initial visit and the follow up visit to schedule the actual repair (after receiving the parts) they were not easily contacted and they did not return calls.

Technician "Richard" was on time! Once here, he patiently listened to my issue explanation, then asked his pertinent questions, surveyed my appliance and in a most professional manner troubleshot the issues. He determined the causes of the problems, fixed them quickly and efficiently and was ready to end the appointment in a professional timely manner.
Richard was clean, polite, had a friendly yet professional demeanor and it was a privilege to have him in my home.
I thoroughly recommend this man as a top of the line professional. Wesson Tech should be proud to have him in their employ.
Respectfully,

I wouldn't even give you a single star for the service I received from A+ Appliance which Sears sent to repair my washer. My maintenance contract is with SEARS - NOT A+ Appliance. I have been without a washer since 3/6/18. I was told by A+ (March 9, 2018) that they needed to order parts which would take 1 week. That turned into over two weeks. I then had to make an appointment for service once the parts arrived. A+ Appliance finally came out on April 5 with the needed parts, they said my washer needed to be moved out of my laundry room which is inside my house to give them more space to do the repair. They moved it to my garage, scratching up the front of my washer and scratching and denting my door frame in the process! Almost 3 hrs. later they moved it back into my house. It leaked. After more pounding, they said it was fixed. They ran it approx 3 min and said it was good to go. Once they left I started my first load of laundry in over a month. Loud noises, sounds of bolts dropping, and then the flooded floor! I called Sears only to have them want to contact A+ Appliance to schedule another appointment. No way would I ever allow this company in my house again. I strongly suggest Sears check reviews before you ever use A+ Appliance again! I insisted that Sears send a competent SEARS repairman. Finally, Jose, from Sears came out on April 13, 2018. He knew immediately what was wrong just by spinning the drum. He had to order parts to fix what A+ damaged by installing the parts incorrectly. Parts arrived 4/18/18, Jose came out again to complete the repair and I finally have a working washer. Thank God for Jose as he went over and above to make right where Sears had failed us! He was very knowledgeable and didn't need to move my washer to the garage to complete the repair. I have been a very loyal customer of Sears for over 39 years as my parents have been before me. I have never been so disappointed as it should have never taken 44 days to get my washer repaired.

All appointments were kept as scheduled. The Technicians were clean, polite, and courteous. The terms and conditions of the repair were explained thoroughly. The problem was diagnosed quickly. Unfortunately the part was not available on the Technicians truck and had to be ordered. The part was placed on order for delivery to my home and arrived in the promised time. A new appointment date was made for the installation and this was done in the as promised time. The only negative was in the on-line interview. I supplied all the requested information; the problem, the appliance make and model. When the technician arrived he confirmed the information and then told me he did dot have the replacement part. Why gather the information if you are not going to use it? I could have had my problem solved the same day but it took an addition four days to get the part and another trip to my house on a Saturday to complete the job. The wait to complete was a minor inconvenience thank goodness. Taking two trips to fix a problem that really only required one is not efficient. Having to schedule a Saturday appointment to finish the job, or wait even longer was an irritation. The price was fair. I was not charged for a second repair call. The part was shipped to my house, no charge. Both technicians accomplished their portion of the repair quickly and there were no clean up issues. Whether or not I will use them again will depend on how quickly I need to get the problem fixed. What could have been a great experience turned out to be just so-so.

A Sears rep came out and looked at my washer that wouldn’t turn on; he ordered a new control panel, and set up an install in 2 weeks. The control panel ended up being perfectly fine, it was the display panel that needed fixed. The control panel ended up being backordered indefinitely. I canceled the control panel order and the service. 10 days later I still haven’t received a refund, and I called and they said a refund was never issued, and that the service was completed.
