When I originally called, load up, had availability on the same day and early the next day. I chose early the next day.The movers communicated effectively before they came over to my house, giving me 30 minutes notice. They arrived on the front end of the time window, removed the mattress, boxspring, and frame without needing my help. They were gone in 15 minutes.

Juan and company were prompt, courteous and professional. They arrived in a timely manner and moved my furniture quickly. I highly recommend this service. ☝🏾

On time, good communication and follow through. Our junk had to be taken apart and our mover worked hard to get that done quickly. Great service. Will use again!

I was surprised that the people that came had no list of items to take, initially were going to leave without taking the trash that was on the list and had no plan to give anything to charity. There were good items that could serve someone well. The only reason for choosing Upload, which is more expensive than a regular junk hauler, is because we had good items to go the charity.

Charged my credit card for the online request then never sent me verification of the appointment I made. Finally got someone on the phone and my phone company warned me that the number was flagged as a scam. When I spoke to someone (Mira) she wanted me to pay her AGAIN for the same appointment. There’s also reports from a few months ago about people using this company and then the police following up about the junk being illegally dumped at businesses. Don’t use them.

Initially made an appointment with Got Junk but I didn’t like how they couldn’t give me an estimate until day of removal. Called LoadUp for a quote instead, initial price was a little high but they called and talked through the job to get a price we both agreed on.

I have a slight complaint in their auto-caller spamming me daily to offer that discount, but I did call back regardless and was happy with the final price. Actual removal job was done efficiently too.

Excellent service, I have used them 2 times to remove a king size memory foam mattress. Easy to book and reserve a time.

I needed to discard my old couch and found Loadit online. The online process was very easy and I received an immediate quote for pickup and removal the next day. The price was a little more then I could probably find elsewhere but the convenience was worth it.

LoadUp is fantastic! I’ve been clearing out my apartment by myself and couldn’t move a couple items. The loaders communicated with me every step of the way, worked super fast, and were friendly and very respectful of the property. Highly recommend this service!

The persons who came were punctual, friendly, and efficient. They assembled my mattress and bed frame and then hauled off my old mattress and frame. All done very quickly and with care. I would use them again.

It was a quick & easy transaction. We had 3 couches that needed removed from our garage. We set the appointment online for the next day, in the morning between 8am-12pm. He came on time, took the couches out the garage, I signed, he left. Easy peasy. So our next pick up will be through them as well. My husband is a really busy man & cant do all the stuff we need for lack of time. So to have the option of having someone come & take things we need gone for us is a big relief. It may have been a little pricey (some family members said so) but we didn't have the time to do it. We were paying for convenience so it was definitely worth it to us!

The guys that came out to my condo to haul away some old furniture went above & beyond excellence! They helped me move another piece of furniture into another room out of the goodness of their hearts! I would highly recommend LoadUp! and definitely use them again if I need to! Thank you!

My scheduled pickup time was from 8am to 12pm. By 12:30pm no one had come or contacted us, so I called the loader and they said they would be there in an hour. We waited until 2pm and no one had shown up or called. We called the loader’s number and this time it went to voicemail, so we called the main company number. After a long wait on hold, he apologized and said they were a town over and should be there in 45 minutes. I asked if they could just make sure the loader contacted me if they were going to run late. Two hours later and still no contact, so I called the loader’s number again and went to voicemail. This time I called multiple times and he texted me and said he couldn’t talk on the phone because he was driving and would be another 45 minutes. I told them we had to go to our son’s game, so I literally had to drag two mattresses down from our second floor and leave them in our driveway for them to take away. They still didn’t show up until over an hour later to pick them up. I would NEVER use this company, absolute worst customer experience I ever encountered and I had to do half the work myself. TERRIBLE!

Was very convenient, excellent communication, transparent pricing. One of my pieces was too big to fit out the door and my Loader was super helpful in trying to deliver the best service despite the challenges and helped me modify my my order to finish what we could. They did extra work to move my couch out of the way to get the rug. Highly recommend (and I’m typically a tough grader).

Adam was absolutely amazing! His communication through the app was great and his arrival time was spot on. He was very helpful once he was here and got the items loaded quickly. 100% recommend him for any future haul aways at our home.

The process was quick, easy, and stress-free. I feel great knowing the mattress was recycled instead of thrown away. Highly recommend!
