The Load Up Driver keep me informed of his estimated arrival time. I appreciated the updates. He was courteous and promptly answered my questions about the install & product. He cleaned up and made sure I knew how to use the remotes..

Our movers were professional and very nice. They worked quickly and were very careful of walls, doors etc as they moved our furniture. We highly recommend your business and would use you again if we need more items removed.

Really appreciated the online portal to get an estimate based on your needs and then schedule a pick up. I thought the cost was reasonable especially since it was within 12 hours of the request. The communication was seamless and the pick up was completed within the window that was proposed in the email. I got an email to say they were on their way, with the phone number of the person coming by. I’d use them again.

First, someone actually answered the phone in person! No voice mail! Loadup was extremely easy to work with, accepting a change in time without a problem and communicating well. Shuler and his partner were extremely efficient, personable and professional. I would highly recommend them and use them again in a second. Great service and great people!

Honestly my heart felt thanks goes out to Felix the most amazing gentleman you’ll ever meet. Yesterday in Long Beach it was cold, rainy and miserable and I had 2 huge beds to pick up. Felix was running a bit behind BUT as we Californians know, we don’t know how to drive in the rain and traffic comes to a complete halt, but you made it here you were in and out of my home after loading up two huge beds in less than 15 minutes at the most and your care for my home and my floors after being soaking wet, just amazing and I cannot thank you enough Felix. Great job!!

LoadUp Junk was great. They were reachable and efficient. Sent pictures of our haul and they were able to decipher the pieces needed to be removed. Samuel the loader was quick and strong. He was friendly and very polite to deal with and a tall young man. He was able to get a few things off the shelf for me without a ladder. Thank you for making our move easier and less complicated. I would definitely recommend this company.

This was a very simple process. Filled out my request online, paid the fee, and they came and picked it up just like they said. Great experience!

I sent photos and sent about 10 texts answering questions, I then got a quote for $90 and a schedule for Tuesday. I went back to see the schedule and the quote had quadrupled to $394 - I would not have otherwise known or checked, in both quotes there isn’t a detailed list of what was included. Despite saying there was not a door removal and the photo to go with the window insert leaning against the fence - they quoted the $90 for removal of a door. Deceptive and manipulative - with a cancellation penalty and/or no refund if I hadn’t gone to double check the date/time. Below is what I sent, so obviously just bad business - beware !!

The website says the garden center closes at 12am, but it actually closes at 8am.

The employees are always willing to assist you with purchases.

Go early not to many people you can take your time in shopping.

Cashier was rude and acted childish.

Beautiful flowers, some are a bit pricey and if they had more tool available there instead of having to order online, that would be more helpful. But overall..its great

We've had a really hot summer so some of our favorites are not available just yet but it's always a nice place to go and it's very relaxing and beautiful

It was a good night. Pretty busy inside with shoppers and stockers. They did a great job as always of making way and keeping the shelves stocked. I always worry about checking out when im late bc they leave the green lights on but tape up the entrance, so you have to figure out how to check out. But it went fast still this evening. Gotta shop at walmart for the prices and selection.

Jaime's tree service was great quality service at a very low price I had a lot of debris and plant material that has grown over 20 years without being trimmed he showed up trimmed up the whole backyard at a very reasonable price I would recommend them five out of five every time.
