So far so good the repairman, Mr Choi, I believe, has the water flowing and the ice maker working this morning.
They showed up on time and worked continually until the job was done. However, after the initial visit and the follow up visit to schedule the actual repair (after receiving the parts) they were not easily contacted and they did not return calls.
They were great. Nathaniel is a great refrigerator technician and I highly recommend him. Everything about Wesson Tech Services was great. 5 Stars. The owner is also fabulous. They work with you......Highly recommended
Technician "Richard" was on time! Once here, he patiently listened to my issue explanation, then asked his pertinent questions, surveyed my appliance and in a most professional manner troubleshot the issues. He determined the causes of the problems, fixed them quickly and efficiently and was ready to end the appointment in a professional timely manner. Richard was clean, polite, had a friendly yet professional demeanor and it was a privilege to have him in my home. I thoroughly recommend this man as a top of the line professional.
