Horrible customer and warranty service. Assigned rice cooker repair to some bankrupt store and no return of rice cooker. Customer service only super lazy and not replying anything. Horrible experience.

Ordered a mochi machine and it arrived broken. Been emailing and calling and leaving messages and there is no response. I just want to get a refund and return the broken machine. I am now going thru the cc company for results. Very poor customer service. Won’t order from here again.

The myth behind Japanese product seem to have disappeared for me, I bought this Tiger rice cooker for the fact that it is Made in Japan thus five to ten times more expensive than regular rice cooker in the market, but after using it for some time it just went off, everything just went dead and I wrote their office but there wasn't a reply. I will never buy anything Tiger again, it is ridiculous how such an expensive cooker will just go dead. Even a $50 cooker will last you a decade and counting. Buyer of Tiger rice cooker please beware, there are other rice cookers in the market you can conveniently buy and they will last you years, stay away from Tiger brand unless you want to experience what I experienced with it before you learn, by then you must have threw away some hard earned money.

I was looking for a part number for a power cord to a Rice Cooker I own. Sadly, support refused to help as it was a Japanese model. They were not rude, just gave me allot of unnecessary information and made no attempt to contact the main offices in japan
