Oshri and his team are exactly what we were looking for and needing. Having dealt with many contractors over the last several years it was wonderful to work with someone who had such an eye for detail and actually followed through each step of the way. He and his team consistently checked in throughout and made sure we were happy before wrapping up. Oshri also has a lovely personality that you’ll connect with from the beginning. He really values the work he’s doing for you. We feel so happy now when we go into our backyard and also really love the little grass steps that he added to our child’s playhouse. Looking forward to working with him and his team in the future!

Great people and loved the outcome to my new place. Not only did they do the landscaping but also some work inside my house like replacing a wall that had water damage and painted it. Very affordable prices and Highly recommended! Gilberto and Larry are great persons to do business with!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This is the most UNORGANIZED, INCONSIDERATE, and blatantly UNPROFESSIONAL Project management company I’ve ever seen. In the span of the last 2 years living at the apartment complex that they are responsible for, we have had more water shut offs than I can count. Some of them falsely notified and never taken place and others never notified. I even had the water shut off mid shower one day because they chose not to notify the tenants. Another time while redoing piping, their team left a massive hole in my Celine with and more than clear sight into the bathroom of my upstairs neighbor. So much so, that I could have handed my neighbor a roll of toilet paper had they needed it. As a father and with a family, it is more than disconcerting that my wife or child could be in the bathroom or shower with a peeping Tom upstairs to look into our space. Simply coving it up or having the decency to work with us would have been enough given the construction situation. We get it, there are inconveniences with construction. But this company continuously disregards anyone that doesn’t convenience their job. I’ve tried going to the manager of the appartment and even their hands are tied and have nothing to do with the project management team. They’ve had us move our cars early in the morning for jobs that their team doesn’t show up for, they’ve had people drilling into our walls with hack saws while our baby is sleeping with no notice, and they are responsible for putting slippery laminate and tile flooring less than 5 feet from the community pool when my baby has slipped and hit their head along with fedex workers, and other grown adults who have all complained about the slippery floor as well.

Needless to say I would NOT recommend this project management company to anyone. Go with a more structured and professional team that will consider the individuals directly affected by the work they do.

Needing foundation work is a major renovation. Sinai construction were utterly professional in all stages of the project, from initial conversations to the daily work of the foreman and team over the course of several weeks. The result is top quality. Highly recommended.

Working with Sinai Construction has been beyond an amazing experience. They respond timely, they are professional and personable too. They started work immediately, taking photos, getting permits and loading everything into the FEMA portal. Immediately, they were approved and started work. They kept all their equipment neat and out of the way during the 3 days of actual work. The employees are very polite, professional and everyone wears uniforms with the Sinai logo which is a plus for me. I have already recommended them to my neighbors.

Great experience for Earthquake Brace Bolt (EBB) process! Daniel & Fernando were very knowledgeable about the process. They did a great job of preparing everything for the EBB app and the job was completed efficiently and effectively. Great communication and updates throughout the process. Thanks!

Made incorrect assessments about my property and sent me a bloated quote. I sought 2 other opinions to come to this conclusion. Do use use these folks unless you like being overcharged for work you do not need.

You get what you pay for. I'm a contractor, I flip homes for a living. They replaced 2 foundations for me. I had to wait 4 weeks to start work and I have to say, they are sloppy, dirty, and unprofessional. Very poor workmanship. I will NEVER use them again. Yes they passed city inspections but the work was terrible

Requested an estimate from Julian Construction. Guy who came out tells my mother in law, "This house is no good. Its not worth working on. Just sell it." Then he gives her a verbal estimate that is $30,000 more than the next highest estimate we have received. I called to speak to someone about the rude comments. Of course, no one was available, but they would "page a message to Shawn". Still waiting for a call back....

Julian Construction did a seismic retrofit for our home, and I would use them again. They pulled all the permits that were needed (the other companies we looked at told us we would have to do it ourselves), and they showed up right when they said they would. They were very professional, and completed the job in a half a day. Yeah for Julian Const.
