Reliable Low Profile Community Minded Technician With Haz Mat And Safety Certifications

Once the project was marked complete, the company practically disappeared.Several issues became apparent shortly after completion, but getting them to return for fixes was nearly impossible.Warranty promises meant nothing, and follow up requests were ignored.A reliable construction company should stand behind its work but this one clearly does not.The lack of post project support left us with ongoing problems and regret over choosing them.

The initial consultation was promising but execution didn’t fully meet expectations.There were budget adjustments that weren’t clearly explained and costs ended up slightly higher than anticipated.While the construction itself is solid, the lack of transparency during the process was frustrating.

I referred this contractor to my client and they were extremely happy with his work, follow up, and quality. They highly recommend him.

I appreciate the effort the team put in, but there were noticeable gaps in coordination.Different subcontractors seemed unaware of what others had completed,leading to rework in a few areas. Communication could definitely be improved.The finished project looks okay, but the process left us feeling unsure at times.

Always crowded, not enough people tp help, and not enough material on the shelves

Just got a Christmas tree that was $$$ and asked for the bottom to be prepped to put in the stand. Asked them to cut off the lower branches and they said they would. Just got it home and the bottom was not trimmed or even touched. The base of the trunk is uneven and the tree won’t stand straight. The branches at the bottom made it nearly impossible to put it in the stand until I fought it with a pair of kitchen scissors. Incredibly disappointed to pay such a high price for terrible service. Will be making sure my neighbors do not get their trees here this year.

Carlos is very professional & does very high quality work. He has done excellent floor tile work & drywall repair for me over the last few years. I highly recommend him for your project. He is also very responsive & courteous.
