After a visit from an excellent tech to discuss the work we needed, weeks later I received an astonishingly high, single-number quote from the company that provided no detail as to how it was arrived at. Some time after I requested detail, I received a two-line (labor and materials) quote with a claimed 10% discount. When I again requested explanation for the basis for this still highly inflated quote, I was told someone named Donovan was in charge of that. My repeated requests to speak with him have been ignored and I’ve received no further outreach from anyone at the company. Business must be good…but it won’t be from me.
