Overpriced and no business ethics. They refused to give us an hourly quote, their only quote was 1800. for a day's work. We only needed some lights hooked up around the stove and counter area which would not have taken a whole day's work. Their electrician finally came after 3 weeks of their cancelations! After looking at the work, he said cannot quote anything besides 1800. for a day's work, he was just going to work and let us know. We were not comfortable with that and when we called the lady at the office was rude and dismissive. Kept on repeating it's 1800. for a day's work and refused to quote any hourly work at all. We still had to pay 100. for his 15-minute visit for nothing.
I ran into someone at the dog park that had a negative experience with their cancellations, they will cancel you on your apt. day if your job is small and have their contractors take the bigger job that just came up so meanwhile you are waiting for 3 weeks. We were stupid to wait that long, a lesson learnt!

Stay away from this company. Unreliable, shoddy work, overpriced and does not keep their commitment for any of this! Shocking that I have to write this review but I do not want anyone else to have the same experience I did. I hired them several months ago to repair a broken outdoor outlet and several other small tasks. At that point last fall they were great! On time, professional and did the job efficiently. For $2000+. Less than 2 months later the outlet stopped working. I called to have them come back to repair that AND to remove some sconces before I had painters coming. They scheduled me for 12pm-2pm and didn't arrive until 4:40pm at which point it was too dark outside to repair the outlet so the only work that was performed was removing 2 sets of sconces. $400. The painting in the house is done so I need the sconces put back up and that darn outlet repaired. I called a week ago to get on the schedule. I was promised a call back in 24 hours to schedule. I never received a call. I had to call them a week later at which point I was told they could not get to me for another week or 2. That was unacceptable and, quite frankly, I didn't trust that they would follow through. After letting them know how angry I was, they called me to say they would send a technician this morning between 9:00am and 11:00am. At 10:09am they called to say they were not coming and could they come next week. My answer was NO. I want a refund for the work they did on the broken outlet and I will find another more reliable electrician. Not sure what happened to their customer service, but things appear to have changed internally and it has negatively impacted their practice. A shame. A company that was highly regarded is now the place that no one should call.

Great local electrician, fast service and got the job done right. Bill gives you a quote for FREE, not like others who charge $100 for a quote.

Very disrespectful. My father inquired this company for a project and the person he reached out to was very disrespectful. My father is hearing impaired and instead of providing proper and ethical service he mocked him for his disability. I do not believe this company is capable of running a proper business.
