Alex and Alex are fantastic. They were easy to contact and their communication is timely. Simple and seamless online scheduling . I had an outlet installed for a sauna. They arrived on time and finished early. When the sauna arrived, I needed some small changes in the outlet and they came out within hours! I’m so appreciative of their service and highly recommend!

We have had such a great experience with Alex and Alex Electrical Services! We initially hired them to upgrade our current electrical panel and to install a car charger. The team worked efficiently and kept us updated throughout the day. Alex was so helpful in getting the necessary inspections scheduled by ladwp, and in providing recommendations for chargers.

Alex & Alex Electrical Services did a fantastic job replacing our house's outdated electrical panel with a 200 amp one. They also rewired the entire house, including installing new light switches and grounded outlets. They were very flexible to additional requests we made, such as installing additional outdoor lighting, and gave creative solutions to address our needs while saving time and expenses. Alex was responsive by phone or text, and always took the time to answer my questions. If there was a problem, he would quickly think of a solution, or make a note for his crew to address the issue at their next visit. We appreciate all the hard work and time they spent upgrading our house's electrical system.

Alex & Alex were recommended by a friend and did a fantastic job installing a new EV charger with some difficult conditions to consider. they also did some corrective work from an old electrician’s shoddy work. they were fairly priced and always showed up on time.
we will definitely use them again for future projects and refer them to friends and clients.

The electrician from Alex & Alex did a fantastic job. I had them move a light fixture and add in a new power outlet. The work looked clean and professional.

The quoted price for the new power outlet was very reasonable and was 1/3 the quoted price of Powell Electric who I had gotten another quote from.

We had an issue with a GFCI breaker. We messaged Alex & Alex and were easily. able to get an appointment scheduled at our preferred time. The technician arrived promptly, and was extremely thorough in his assessment—there wasn’t much reason to suspect the issue was more than a bad breaker, but he verified the circuit and the outlet, confirming that everything beyond the breaker appeared to be just fine. He also was just extremely friendly and offered lots of other genuinely helpful advice.

I called today to have my panel looked at due to appliance issues in my home. I was able to be serviced in the next couple of hours where Alex came to fix my problem.

Given that it was a late request and little notice on time.. I was very appreciative that he was able to come.

Alex and his team just replaced a main electrical panel and added 5 circuits for me, and it was an all around very good experience!

During his estimate walk through, Alex had a really good suggestion to help solve my problem of not enough circuits in the kitchen so I appreciated that problem solving approach - and ultimately that's why I moved forward with them for the job. Alex's estimate was very fair, not the highest nor the lowest, but I wanted good quality (and permitted) work and I was not disappointed!

Communication with Alex and his back office team was super smooth. Day of, everyone (Alex Sr and a crew of electricians) arrived on time, did great work, cleaned things up afterwards, and finished the job on time (or maybe even early?).

Alex even was able to get the city's inspection done super quick (timeline constraint on my end) and it all passed with flying colors! They're now my first call for any electrical needs.

We were very fortunate that Alex was able to fit us in to his already booked Saturday to fix damaged wiring in our home. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and fixed the problem! We then discussed several other electrical installation jobs I need done in the near future. He took the time to listen and offer great suggestions. Amazing work and service!
My wife and I had a huge project- we needed:
-the whole house rewired (cloth wires from 1960 was disintegrating...)
-2x sub panels replaced (the sub panels we had were recalled in the 80s for failing to trip...)
-main panel replaced (1950s fuses were arcing)

Alex came out and gave the most complete, thorough, and honest assessment of what we needed, why, and how much it would cost. I really appreciated his explanations and came to understand why we needed so much work done and why it would cost what it did (truly it was a huge project). I'm a skeptical and untrusting person generally but felt great about Alex and was right to do so!

We went ahead with him and his team, and couldn't have been happier with the result. There were 10x electricians in our house which is of course nerve wracking, but his whole team was so respectful and careful and trustworthy it was really remarkable and we felt at ease. He handled things all the way through the city's inspection and was always responsive, communicative and helpful.

I will absolutely be contacting him and his team for any additional electrical work needed and recommend others do so too!

Start to finish, Alex & Alex was great. They had Saturday hours which made life so much easier for me to get the work scheduled. The crew was profesional, hard working and "no problems, only solutions." At the end of the day, the cost did not exceed the estimate. I would hire them again the next time I need electrical work done.

Had an outlet installed and By Far the best experience! The electrician showed up on time and was able to clearly explain everything before the work began. Not only was the price lower than the other electricians I called he was quick, professional and best of all left the work area clean.

Very grateful to have found Alex, and I couldn't be happier with the service. He came by to check my radiant heating system right after I had my electrical panel restored and updated by another company. He immediately noticed that the previous work wasn't done correctly and went ahead to fix it himself.

I can’t say enough good things about Alex & Alex Electrical Services. When I was dealing with persistent flickering lights and growing concerns about electrical safety in my home, Alex and his team conducted deep troubleshooting that most others would have glossed over, and quickly identified that the root of the issue stemmed from improper maintenance and an undersized 10-gauge wire at the utility pole—something that falls squarely under SCE’s responsibility.

Despite my efforts—calling SCE every single day for two months—my ticket was repeatedly closed without resolution. The lack of accountability was beyond frustrating, especially knowing that issues like these have contributed to serious incidents, including the Eaton fires.

Alex didn’t just shrug and walk away. He took it upon himself to help escalate the matter, even reaching out to specific individuals within SCE through his professional connections. Thanks to his persistence and advocacy, SCE finally took action and replaced the faulty wire.

Now, my lights are steady, and more importantly, I feel safe in my home again.
