I had a great experience with Powerfull Solar from start to finish! Everything from the initial presentation with Eitai to the day I loaded up the app for the first time to track my power generation and consumption!

I already knew quite a bit about the benefits of solar and the requirements for the system I wanted to install but Eitai was really knowledgable and able to answer the questions I had. He didn't try to sell me an oversized system as other solar company reps did and he was really honest and up front about the project ahead.

I needed additional electrical work (main electrical panel replacement and EV charger installation) and the fact that Powerfull Solar works closely with partner company Powerfull Electric for electrical projects really helped me to get all the electrical work I needed done with the solar in a single project. They have a lot of experience running conduit and made sure my home had a tidy appearance when everything was finished.

From the day I signed the contract to the date everything was installed and waiting for sign off from the building inspector was 30 days. One of my fears for this project was that the installation would take several months as it is a very busy time now that the new tax incentives are in place and the net metering agreement may change in the near future. I am very pleased with the timeline and Eitai made sure to keep me informed for every step along the way. For reference, they installed a 5.6KW system with 14x 400w solar panels, replaced an electrical panel and intalled an EV charger. Its possible without the additional work the project could have been completed even more quickly.

At the conclusion of the project Eitai came to my home and showed me how to install the app to monitor production and consumption of the electricty in my system. He was able to detect a problem with one of the parts in the electrical setup which needed replacement and he personally returned to my home 2 more times to ensure I was happy with everything and make sure everything was working as it should. In the initial meeting he promised he would be there every step of the way. He lived up to that promise.

The install team did a great job. The panels and electrical work look great and Eitai had great communication throughout the project. I highly recommend going with Powerfull Solar!
