A Custom Electric installed our whole stage lighting for our Pasadena community center. They installed the lights, and the control panel. Michael has done work now in both my restaurants and in my home. We have had other electricians in the past come in and while their work was basically "fine" insofar as the buildings never burned down, we have always felt that Michael's work really excels in the finishing details. All switches are level. Conduit is always run neatly. He's a great problem solver too and we never feel that we are paying for work that we don't need.

He also had the best pricing in town!! Powell Electric tried to charge $99 just to come out and look at the problem for example! I have a light switch that stopped turning on a table lamp and hired A Custom Electric to fix it.
Their electrician showed up on time, found the problem and fixed it quickly.
They didn’t try to upsell me on other things, they just made sure that I was satisfied and had no other electrical problems.

I recently hired A Custom Electric for an emergency repair where a plumber cut through an electrical pipe when he was sawing a cement slab at the Wallis Theater in Beverly Hills.
We were on a deadline to get this repaired and restore the electrical power that afternoon.
Michael showed up within 30 minutes, repaired the pipe, replaced the cut wires and had the electricity restored within 90 minutes of arriving.
In the past I’ve used him to install a 200 amp main electrical panel on a commercial building we were working on and was very happy with his workmanship and attention to detail.
