The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and treated my property with care and respect. They explained each step of the process, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with how everything worked before wrapping up. From the initial consult, to keeping contact with me consistently during the process to the incredibly prompt and efficient work - it was all a breath of fresh air. This is not a company that gets the job done when they get around to it. They tell you when it's going to happen and what's going to happen and it happens. The value of the service was very competitively priced and I am so happy that my family used powerful as opposed to anyone else. The work was top notch and the services requested were all performed. If anyone asks where to go for solar - I'm telling them to go to Powerfull. A+ in every aspect. They even fixed roofing issues that another contractor had created. Let me Begin by saying that anytime I make a capital investment such as this, I go a bit overboard on the research and analysis, complete with spreadsheets and formulas capturing anticipated consumption versus output versus future scalability, Etc, in other words I geek out on this stuff. We were referred to Powerful Solar by not just one but two Neighbors on our street who both had their systems installed by the company. I had even taken it upon myself to have a quick chat with one of the installation technicians during the neighbors install, and he was very knowledgeable and professional, and most of all very pleasant. Our neighbor took us on a walkthrough showing us the system they had installed, which I found to be very clean and seamless, and received feedback that the overall experience was very positive.

I called Eitai for a consultation appointment, for which he made himself available within 24 hours for a home visit. I had a couple previous consultations with other solar providers, including Tesla, but all were over the phone, and he was the only one willing to actually come on site for a preliminary assessment. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge, overall professionalism, but most of all his very kind and pleasant demeanor. He immediately proceeded to inspect our roof, taking measurements so that he could put together a few schemes, based on our consumption over the past 12 months which were easily captured from a copy of our bill. We had just gotten a model y so not too difficult to calculate EV charging requirements based on anticipated mileage.

We received a couple quotes, one that would meet 100%, and another 120% to meet future requirements, perhaps another EV. In addition, we also had both one and two battery installs quoted. Based on the experience dealing with Eitai and the competitive pricing compared to Tesla and another provider, we opted for powerfull solar. We were also at the point where time was running out in order to meet the nem 2.0 program deadline, but Eitai navigated us through the entire process, ensuring that our system would indeed be registered in time to retain the more favorable program.

We opted for an 8.4 kilowatt system with dual battery backup . Our installation date was set fairly quickly, the installation team showed up exactly when scheduled and delivered the complete system in a matter of a few days. Upon initial testing, there were a few glitches which are expected, but Eitai was always personally on site with his technician, and the enphase engineer on the phone, quickly resolving the few bugs that were encountered.

I was further impressed by the time that Eitai took to program the system in accordance with our expected consumption and Battery backup configuration suitable to our needs, and he ran me through the mobile app , showing me how the different features work . He made sure to follow up as well so that everything was functioning as designed. It's been a couple months now, and I had asked him to send a team out for yet another minor tweak to the configuration which he did not hesitate to do in order to ensure he maintained a happy customer.

I can go on and on about my absolute positive experience with powerfull solar, and I will summarize by saying that you will not find a more professional service provider at a very competitive price, and a true partner that emphasizes customer service and satisfaction. I would highly recommend powerfull solar to all friends and family.

Overall, it was such a pleasant experience working with the team from PowerFull Solar to have multiple upgrades to our home from a new roof, solar + battery, panel upgrade, EV charger, and tankless water heater… while only working directly with one contact!

Etai was such an amazing person to work with from the start to end of the project! He came to the provide an estimate, ran through all the different options and answered any questions I had. After permits were approve, their roofing contractor was able to perform the replacement within a week and a half! There were a number of things that they threw in that I had requested along the way. Their solar/battery install team lead by Luis were very respectful, kind, and very efficient. They were able to install the solar+battery within a couple days. Their water heater contractor was also very pleasant to work with as they replaced our water heater within 2 days.

Currently everything is running smoothly, and the family is very happy with the products so far.

Ultimately, PowerFull Solar ensured a pleasant experience by maintaining excellent communication throughout the entire process. If you are able to, request Etai to help manage the whole project and Luis to lead the installation! I have recommended the team to friends and family, and will be contacting them for future work!!

His price was fair as we had obtained a few estimates. But the most important thing for us was the experience. The communication between team members and ourselves was excellent. They were on time, And followed through with What they had described would happen and when period and they did a perfect job. Their team worked Until everything was perfect and did so with professionalism. I highly recommend them for Solar! They are definitely passionate about doing an excellent job.
