Needed some old and really big redwood trees cut on our backyard. Was worried that they would have a hard time being that the trees were on a steep hill plus our pool. But they managed to make it happen! Cut the trees down in a few hours, cleaned up and did a great job!

They did a decent enough job with the cutting, and David seems knowledgeable. However, I asked for them to leave fire wood from my eucalyptus tree, which had a very large cutting, and they left me a measly little pile that barely could be called firewood. It would barely fill a small wagon. Who knows where the rest went. It's a small detail, not I really wanted that fire wood.

Firewood delivered and miscommunication figured out and taken care of. Thank you, David! Firewood and lots of mulch to boot, big thanks.

Dave and his crew did a phenomenal job restoring my date palm to its full potential. I had a very disappointing experience with another tree service about 1-1/2 years ago with the same tree, leaving it in the "before" condition in the photos. Dave responded quickly on a Friday with a visit and proposal, and completed the job on Monday. Good value, friendly and responsive. Strongly recommend (and I am a contractor myself!)

Live with work with efficiency team, their price is very affordable too. They not only trim for trees, they can also do hauling and junk removal. Highly recommended.

Excellent service to remove 4 large Oak limbs overhanging my roof line in Brentwood. David came by to give a free quote and offered competitive pricing. His crew came on time and professionally removed the large branches. When they left, they made the area even cleaner than before and used commercial blower to remove the debris. 100% recommend.

We had large, dead cedar that had to come out and we wanted to mill the wood. Hamilton was excellent in the service and expertise they provided, and in the care and respect they showed both the tree and the surrounding property. The estimate was very competitive and they were efficient workers, tidied as they went, and overall, just did an outstanding job. It went much easier than I imagined and I recommend them very highly.

Hamilton Tree Service has maintained our magnificent oak trees for over a decade. We have about 10. Mike and his crew are the utmost professionals. Mike has the experience passed on to him from his father, Dex Hamilton, who has been in this business for decades. The crew arrives on site on time and leaves our property neat as a pin. They have state-of-the-art machinery to get to the highest parts of the trees. Extra care has been given to our 100 plus year old oaks: thinning, getting rid of deadwood, cabling and bracing, and even being fed vitamins. Each tree has its own character, and each has been maintained to expose its own unique beauty. We would not entrust our trees to anyone but Hamilton Tree Service!

Hamilton Tree Service came to prune my 3 50 ft Tulip Trees. They performed an excellent job on these trees that had never been pruned in 30 years. The men were punctual, respectful of my property and above all professional arborists. This is the second time I have used Hamilton so I knew from past experience of their expertise. I highly recommend this company.

Hamilton took a huge redwood tree out of our backyard. It was a complicated job that required a crane. There were some issues with our city in getting it done, but they took care of that for us as well. They were professional, patient, kind, and communicated well. There was no damage to any of our property, and they took great care in cleaning up after the removal. We highly recommend them. One of the best companies we've ever worked with!

Hamilton Tree Service came to the rescue after another tree company could not complete the job they had started.

Hamilton recently removed several massive eucalyptus trees from the back of our property. This was a huge job with limited access in a residential neighborhood. The crew was fantastic - very friendly, efficient, and removed all the debris at the end of the job. I was shocked how fast they were able to do all the work (~5 days).

Brittany (office manager) was very communicative throughout the process, and kept us updated on project timing, billing, etc.

Hamilton removed a eucalyptus and queen palm from my front yard, and they pruned a mature plum tree in my back yard. Expertly executed work, absolutely amazing service. By far one of the best service providers I have ever worked with. From first contact to closing out the invoice, they walked the talk, and were truly a pleasure to interact with. They arrived exactly on time, were precise, efficient, safe, professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and very approachable/personable/kind. They really cared and it showed. They treated every interaction with the utmost respect and thoughtfulness, and they did amazing work.
Great communication throughout. Their office manager/scheduler Cristi made me feel like I was talking to a friend when I called to schedule an estimate. The estimator Jarred arrived on time, answered my questions honestly without ever talking down to me or trying to sell me anything. He clearly wanted to make sure the tree removals made sense, and explained the different rationales for why we would want to grind the stumps vs keep them. He also recommended why we would want to keep them plum tree in the back and how best to prune it. He was always clear, concise, thoughtful, experienced, and approachable. A special shout out for how he returned my call after their office had closed so we could discuss an issue that came up on my end the evening before the work was scheduled to make sure the crew had what they needed to do the job. When questions came up during the job, the crew checked with me directly to clarify before proceeding or finishing to make sure we were on the same page. They kept me well informed.
The crew (Fernando, Johnny, and Walter) were just great people to work with. Not only did they have to navigate power lines, a small street with tightly parked cars, small plantings that needed to be protected, tight quarters (right next to a neighbor's metal gate/fence), and a trench that I had not been able to fill in that they then expertly maneuvered their stump grinder over; not only did they manage it all with no debris in the neighbor's yard or mine, no damage to any property whatsoever; but they were also patient while cars were moved to make space for their truck, and they even helped a neighbor jump their car battery! And they did all this with good humor, calm demeanors, utmost professionalism. They definitely went above and beyond, and it was clearly an expression of their overall integrity and work culture.

Hamilton Tree Service is awesome! I called to see about having a large Sycamore tree removed from my front yard. The gentleman reached out to me right away to schedule an appointment to see the tree and give me an estimate. He explained what it would entail and cost. I then received an email with the same estimate amount and other Information relevant to what they were going to do. After I approved it, an appointment was scheduled for them to cut the tree. On the day the tree came down, Hamilton Tree Service showed up when they said they would, set up, cut my tree down, ground the stump, cleaned everything up and we're done and on their way within a hour and a half; all I had to do to prepare was mark where my sprinklers were and they put cones over them to protect them while they were working. I am so happy with the work they did, my yard looks great!
