I contacted David and he arrived the same day to do a quote for me. 5 dead pine trees on a hill in my backyard also trim my remaining trees and bushes. He provided excellent service and the best quote. His employees were on time, quick and hard working. Will definitely use them again.

David & his team are professional & experienced with tree work. His team trims our very tall eucalyptus trees each year, cuts down trees when necessary & has ground out stumps too. Comprehensive & thorough. Always leaves it cleaner than when he started & professional at all times. Rates are reasonable & work is always up to my standard. Highly recommend him & his team. 10+

I had a liquid amber tree that was lifting all the soil around it and the driveway, I called David and came the same day and gave me an estimate. I've known Dave from Better City Tree Service for over 10 years. We have a heavily wooded 1acre lot and have used Better City numerous times to remove trees or trim out dead limbs. Their prices are reasonable and service is exemplary. The crew is always friendly and accommodating but gets down to work. This is a good company worth your consideration.

My neighbor and I used Better City Tree Services this past summer. I had a large tree that had fallen over and my neighbor needed some large branches removed from a very tall tree in her yard.
I called David for a quote and according to my neighbor, who has a lot of experience with tree pruning, the prices were very reasonable.
The work was done safely, quickly and efficiently. Neither one of us could have asked for better service.
In addition, Better City Trees is an active supporter of schools in MDUSD. Last spring he helped me rehabilitate our school's garden area with a large donation of wood chips for mulch and stumps for seats in our outdoor garden classroom. The area is beautiful now and the kids love it, thanks in part, to Better City Trees. My neighbor and I highly recommend this service.

First time I have ever hired a tree company, David made it a great experience, showed up on time and provided me a quote, and scheduled a day to come back, his crew took down a few massive trees and made it look easy, trimmed up my huge orange tree and made it manageable again and look nice.. the guys did a really good job, I would definitely use them again for tree services.

David Gallo and his crew from Better City Tree Services, Inc came to our house this past week to trim our large trees. This is the third time in the past six years that they trim/prune our trees and they have done a fabulous job each time. They did exactly what we asked for but with their professional touch. We have had other tree companies in the past who just did not want to do what we asked them to do for one reason or another. David right away asked what we wanted and he made our vision come true. He and his crew have been very professional, extremely safe and cautious. They always use safety gear from helmets to harnesses. They clean up impeccably and they always ask if we are happy with the job and if there’s anything else they can do before they leave. They are always on time and always friendly. Their prices are very competitive if not better than others. I would recommend them without any hesitation.

High winds blew over a neighbors tree onto our house. Within 40 minutes of sending out requests on yelp to three companies, I received a message from Paul at Better City Tree Services. Note this is a Sunday evening during rain and high winds. He arrived at my residence the very next morning and his crew started on the removal that afternoon. Very fair price and he did everything to satisfy all of our concerns and needs. He himself went onto the roof before the crew left to make sure that we knew the extent of the damage to his best ability. Paul put aside work he had scheduled to help us out when we needed him. I wouldn't hesitate hiring him and his crew for a second.

Great experience with Better City Tree Services on the tree removal and tree trimming in all aspects. I got appointment the next day I contacted company. David came for evaluation. He gave good advice on the tree trimming and good price. The next day service was complete! I appreciate he could take care of trees right away. Very professional, efficient and skilled team.
