Monks is always been great and they've been around forever they were so busy when I got hot outside they said they didn't have an opening for 3 weeks that's how good they are people are willing to wait.

This place is excellent. Don't go anywhere else but here to have your HVAC work done. Spoke to several other contractors in the area and was very turned off and unimpressed by them.

These guys are the best! Family owned and operated. They have fixed our AC two times and installed a new system for my sis in law. Great work and friendly service and care about the community they live in.

Used to be a great company, my family and I used them for years. Most recently customer service has gone out the window! Serviceman came out and charged $90 to say he couldn't fix. They came out again and said they could temporarily fix, after $1200 we still have problems. Asked for permanent fix and was told they would be more expensive I was welcome to use someone else, they didn't even quote me! There's been no attempt to rectify their $1200 fix, instead they've harassed me and my family, calling and sending threats to my families house. It's been nothing short of a nightmare trying to kill them with kindness and work with them. I thought I was the customer!? If you need to speak to someone outside of mon-fri bankers hours, good luck...oh unless you have an after hours call and fees
C'mon Monks, y'all used to be a great local company to work with, now I can't turn around and run any quicker!!

Both my upstairs and downstairs ac systems were not working. Gary came out on his day off to help us out as the ambient temperature were in the mid to upper nineties. Gary diagnosed the ac systems and quickly found the problems with each one. He repaired each system and was done within an hour and the price was lower than I thought it was going to be. This was my second time dealing with Monk's as we own 3 properties and I feel truly blessed to find such a great company. Monk's office staff and techs are top notch and we whole heartely recommend them.
