Art Castillo was in my area and showed up early for my appointment, which was great since my AC wasn’t working. He was very thorough about diagnosing the issue and was able to fix it with a part he had in his truck. I was so impressed with his professionalism, his knowledge and dedication to get my AC working again🌺🌺

They came out next day to provide a free estimate. They were understanding when I said I wanted to get a few more estimates. They were not pushy at all. The other places I contacted either never responded to me, or was three times the cost (literally). After agreeing to terms, they were out in a few days to install the new unit. Excellent service.

Had 3 other companies out for our system and they couldn’t figure it out. Arturo was there for a few hours and immediately figured out the issue and had it up and running. We would 1000% use them again.

Not only were they professional and knowledgeable during the installation, but they were respectful & always responsive during the planning process. We had a lot of questions on the timing, the possible solutions, and how the pricing would work and their staff was very patient and reassuring in their responses. They also worked hard to get our large, 1980’s aged heating and cooling system removed since we now switched to a mini-split system for our mobile home. It was no easy feat as it was aged and bulky, so we really appreciated that. Thank you again!

Art and Armando, the technicians were punctual and efficient. They spoke clearly with me prior to starting to make sure we were all on the same page. The job was done on time and it turned out better than I could have hoped.

I am building a new two story home. Art Castillo sized up the requirements for (2) HVAC units in order to meet the California Title 24 requirements. His ducting plan and vent placement will insure that our new home's temperature is evenly balanced.

They just installed a ducted split Mitsubishi heat pump today 11-1-24, and it is working beautifully. i enjoyed my experience watching the installers build and connect the system. Smooth sailing. Very professional. They came out next day for AC repair during a heatwave (although every summer day feels like a heatwave in the IE). Showed up when they said they would. Charged us exactly what they quoted. I would definitely recommend them.

We’ve been living in our home for 10 months and on Sunday night our air conditioning wasn’t turning on. As a housewarming gift, my parents purchased a maintenance package from Castillo HVAC because they love this company and have always used them. Thank goodness they did! Not only does this package come with fall and spring tuneups, but it also comes with discounts. The service provided by Arturo Jr was fantastic! A fuse was blown, and instead of simply replacing the fuse and going on his way, he investigated and found the reason, conducted repairs, and helping us get our air conditioning back up before the heat really kicked in. He was friendly, helped me understand what the problem was, and thank goodness he investigated instead of simply replacing the blown fuse. I was also so grateful to get an appointment so quickly considering how hot it gets. Because of the phenomenal and trustworthy service, I purchased a three-year package and will definitely be using Castillo HVAC for all of my heating and air needs! I highly recommend this company…The customer service is awesome, they are honest and trustworthy, and take good care of their customers!

They are so professional and punctual I was amazed.
My Air Conditioner is 25 years old and I have never had a routine service done so unbelievably thorough in all these years.
They dont do any maintenance if it is not needed. They washed my unit and checked everything. It was only $150 in the past I have payed more.
I wish I had known about this company years ago!!
