If you are looking for someone who has integrity, is honest, is reliable, is professional, and is extremely knowledgeable in this field, then you definitely need to call Gary Rogers. Due to Covid, many businesses are price gouging to make up for their loss during this tough time. However, Gary Is not. Prior to calling Air Care Heating and Air Conditioning another company tried to say I needed a brand new AC unit that would cost $11-$13,000. I decided to get a second opinion and I am grateful I did. Gary came out to give me a free estimate and he took his time to diagnose the issue. He found that it was a faulty wire that was potentially chewed by my dog or a little bunny. He repaired the wire and what do you know, my AC started working. He made sure everything else was running properly and that I was good to go. He didn't even charge me for his time. I am so grateful for Air Care Heating and Air Conditioning. I have learned my lesson not to call big-named companies and to support more family owned and operated businesses. I will call Gary in the future and I will recommend him and his business to all of my family and friends.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had. I had multiple quotes from different companies. These guys not only gave me the best pricing, they were also much more informative and knew what they were talking about. We even cancelled a contract due to the amount of money we saved. Trust me when I say this. If you use anyone else, your probably going to be ripped off. Gavin was my sales person. He was amazing from start to finish. I have delt with Castillo Heating and Air Conditioning 3 times in the past several years and each time they have gone above and beyond their duties. They provide great service starting with the office staff all the way to the techs. Every tech I have encountered was knowledgeable and friendly.
