I want to speak most highly of Victor Acuna.My fan was running constantly and the house just never got warm. Victor solved the problem immediately and even replaced the batteries in my thermostat. He changed the outlet orientation downward to produce better airflow. He just knows his business and is extremely polite and helpful. I was so impressed i signed up for yearly service inspections prior to AC use and winter heating.

I highly recommend Upgrade Home Services. Everyone was polite and very helpful. I was able to get an appointment to diagnose the problem the same day. Since my furnace is old, he was able to locate the part and replaced it the next day at a very reasonable price. Great job!

I need to upgrade my old window AC and Furnace to a more Energy efficient HVAC. Discussed my requirements and my budget with Victor and came up with new Split type Ductless AC and Heat pump in one. I've chosen "Upgrade Home Service" out of 6-quotes from different contractor. Victor is very knowledgeable with HVAC, He was able to provide recommendations that makes sense and able to provide quote within my budget quickly. Their team is very responsive, there's always someone available to pick up your call or response to your email. Installation was very smooth, Victor discussed the plan in the morning, prepared all materials and completed the work in just 2-days. All their techs are very professionals, their quality of work exceeded my expectation. Now my house has temp control on every room and hopefully get my Green Tech Tax Credit for this year :-) I highly recommend Upgrade Home Service for any HVAC project, I could have given them 6-stars if possible !!

Very pleasing experience with Victor. Even though he knew we were considering some other provider, he offered to come in for a second opinion, as an Expert. He correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it for us. He is easy to communicate with (text and call) and came in right on time when he promised. Would love to use them for all my HVAC needs and other home services.

The team helped install a new heat pump system at my place. Victor was very patient and knowledgable. I didn't understand how the auto-mode is supposed to work exactly, and Victor helped with communicating with the manufacturer several times and got me the information I needed to operate the system smoothly. He also exchanged parts for me when we thought there were some issues. I'm glad I chose this family run business for my installation. Strongly recommend!

Victor was extremely professional and identified the problem with my air conditioning unit promptly. He was very responsive, when I sent him texts and asked for information. Victor was courteous and showed me how to set up the new A/C control panel. The team that he worked with to install my new HVAC was organized and worked quickly. They even vacuumed to clean up after themselves before they left! I am a happy customer and I highly recommend Victor and his team.

The team is responsible and when I was unhappy with something, they came back out and addressed it in a timely fashion.

I plan on working with the team again to increase the size and upgrade the duct work in my 1960s home in the next 6 months or so. I'll follow up to let you know how it goes!

Every point of contact with the folks at Upgrade Home Services (Victor, son Victor, Vivian, Ernesto) has been remarkable. It's been very cold lately and one afternoon I realized that my heater wasn't working. They were here the next morning. Any questions sent to Vivian were answered within minutes. Ernesto explained what needed to be done and why and did the work promptly. I'm grateful for their work ethic.

We have worked with Upgrade Home Services a couple of times. Both times we have had very good experience with them. Recently, Victor was in to fix our AC unit and he did an amazing job. He was quickly able to figure out the problem and identify the fix. He even proposed reusing an old part to save some cost. Also, he was gracious enough to take the time to discuss other potential issues in our cooling system and recommend fixes for them (though he didn't push for any of it). I've been having ongoing issues with my heating/cooling system. Decided to go with Upgrade Home Services due to reviews and wanting to support a family business.
Victor was extremely knowledgeable and provided great recommendations. Basically my unit was too large for the square footage and two units were on one breaker line so therefore the unit keeps shutting down due to overheating. He adjusted the gas level and provided ample recommendations in preserving the longevity of my current unit. I appreciated his honesty and his respect by using a shoe protector and not trying to sell me a new unit. Highly trusted and recommend!

Upgrade has been very professional from start to finish installing heat pump. I had contacted them last year, but didn’t get it installed due to me being out. They pretty much gave me almost the same quote this year without trying to increase it which a lot of others did. The initial visit was very informative - walked through all options and never tried to sell what I didn’t need or what was not required. Once they scheduled the dates, they worked non stop until it was done earlier than estimated and kept me updated on all the new discovery like running new ducts or adding vents where needed
