Out of all the home appliance companies/technicians I’ve worked with over the years, Victor and his team have been the easiest and most seamless to work with. They are very communicative, respectful, and generally fun to chat with. My heater had issues and stopped working 3 times within a span of a couple months. The previous techs I hired would give me a diagnosis but it didn’t fix the issue or only temporarily fixed it and my heater stopped working again soon after. Victor not only diagnosed the potential issue for me but he also proactively made adjustments to my furnace to make sure it operated most suitably for the size of my home. He was so patient with explaining the issue to me numerous times until I felt confident I understood the problem and the adjustments he made.

I also learned that they offer tankless water heater maintenance as well, so I scheduled the maintenance for another day and when they came, it was competed it within an hour. Very reasonable pricing as well. Definitely will continue to work with them in the future if I have any HVAC needs and when I need to do annual maintenance on my tankless water heater. Highly recommend these guys!

Got duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning done from Upgrade Home Services. Victor and his team came in and did a thorough job within 2 hours. They were professional, thorough and polite. They covered the required areas with mats, vacuumed the ducts and cleaned up the surroundings after. They also took out all the duct covers and dusted them outside. Special mention to the service guy who thoroughly cleaned the dryer vent....

This company is the best there is. I give it 10/10. We have known them for years and every time they out do themselves. They care for you like family and try to get you an appointment asap. Victor is extremely knowledgeable and honest. They are very professional. Gina in the office is great too. She tries her best to schedule you in. You’re in great hands with this company.

I was having issues with my AC unit short cycling. I called a tech from a different company and was told to replace the thermostat.

I reached out to Upgrade Home Services for a second opinion and am glad I did. Ernesto immediately called me and told me he would be out within the hour to inspect my unit. Within the hour, he was at my doorstep. He found the issue, gave me a quote and said I would be receiving a call to schedule my repair. Victor arrived a few days after with the part and had my unit working in no time.

Early this year, we had them replaced the ac/heat controller. This time Victor came out to clean the filters and service the outdoor AC unit. We replaced the capacitor as needed. Amazing how dirty the filters were.
It was a pleasant experience. They are knowledgeable and price is reasonable. They are trustworthy ! We will do filter cleaning once a year, max two from now on.

I called Upgade Home Services believing there was a leak in our HVAC system. I was able to make an appointment quickly and Victor was able to come out right away. Victor took a look at my leak and explained it was not a HVAC leak. He made additional recommendations to let me know what other issues might be. I appreciate his honesty and will have him back to do the Dryer Vent Cleaning and vent cleaning for the AC/Heating units real soon.

I can’t recommend Victor enough for AC repair. He is by far the best in the business.

From the beginning, he impressed me with his punctuality—he showed up right on time both visits. That’s right, he actually came out twice to do thorough assessments just to make sure he had everything 100% correct before starting the work. That level of care and attention is rare.

What I really appreciated was how he gave me multiple options for the repair, explained the pros and cons of each, and never once tried to push me into spending more than I was comfortable with. He was professional, patient, and super helpful, taking the time to answer all my questions.

On top of that, he went above and beyond by fixing some small gaps around my system completely free of charge. He even gave me a bunch of practical advice on how to keep my AC running efficiently, like how often to change filters and what to watch for to catch issues early.

The whole experience made me feel confident I was in the best hands. He’s thorough, honest, and truly cares about doing the job right.

I am overall very pleased with my dryer vent cleaning from Upgrade Home Services. The team was very professional, courteous, and efficient with the service and will definitely use them again for future vent cleanings!

AC stopped working. Called a couple of vendors. The first that came out tried to upsell me on expensive and turns out unnecessary repairs/rebuild.

Victor, from Upgrade Home Services, was the second vendor that came out. Victor and I exchanged a few messages before the appointment. Felt he was always forthright.

At the visit he verified that I only needed to replace the capacitor. and promptly replaced it.

During the visit for sake of my curiosity I asked various questions and all were answered.

Communication with Victor was excellent throughout. Scheduling was simple. Estimate was prompt and accurate. Service was timely and professional. Arrived on time. Worked swiftly and finished on time as promised. We ran into a minor issue with the thermostat wiring but Victor was quick to diagnose and propose/execute a recovery plan. His experience is evident in his poise throughout the job. At the end of the job, they cleaned up the job site and later in the day they registered my new furnace to ensure that I get the full 10 year warranty with Carrier. Full service.
As others have mentioned, their pricing is very competitive. And they offer the highest labor warranty that I've seen - a testament to their confidence in their work quality.

Victor came and took such good care of me. My heat had been off for a couple of days and he worked quickly to get it back on and even came back to check everything was okay. Very thoughtful and thorough. I would not hesitate to book this company again in the future. He was also careful to wear shoe booties and clean up after himself.

I also had a leak in my home which Victor offered to check out of the kindness of his heart. This wasn’t even an HVAC issue! * Read my review * VERY REASONABLE PRICE FOR THE QUALITY OF WORK 03/20/2025 @ 4pm appointment to fix Rinnai Tankless Water Heater. Victor arrived early and asked me a few questions regarding the water heater issue and immediately discovered the issued and fixed it (EXPERT LEVEL)! LIKE HE KNEW RIGHT OFF THE BAT. Victor also Explained to what caused it and suggested some Do-It-Yourself maintenance remedies to avoid this issue from occurring again.

I had a fabulous experience with Upgrade Home Services from start to finish! Gina, in the office, was more than easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable right away. Then Victor Jr. came out and talked to me all about my options and costs! He never was pushy and was very honest and also talked to me about using an eighteen month, interest free, payment plan as well. I had a new central 20 year old A/C installed plus I was encouraged to keep my 9 year old furnace and only replace the evaporative coil. The work crew was also friendly and clean! Seriously, I can’t think of one thing that I could complain about! They priced my job to my satisfaction where one company wanted to charge almost double including repositioning my attic furnace so that it was easier for them to repair! Please be sure to get a quote from this company….I highly recommend them!

We had a very good experience with the Upgrade Home Services from start to finish. We discovered rodent activity in duct system late at night and were relieved that they answered the phone immediately - unlike several other “24-hour” businesses we tried. Victor calmly walked us through what needed to be done that same night, which helped ease a very stressful situation.
Victor came out the next morning, assessed the problem, provided a quote, and scheduled the work for the very next day. This was especially appreciated since it was right before the Christmas holidays. The scope of work was significant, taking 3-4 days with a crew of three (and sometimes four), but everything was handled professionally and efficiently.
All of the ducting was removed and replaced with new, more heat efficient ducting, along with all new boots. The crew did a great job and the work was completed exactly as promised.
