He spent several hours working on our old duct system, which hadn’t been cleaned since the house was built, and removed a huge amount of dust and dirt. Earl showed us before-and-after pictures and even let us see all the debris being pulled out through the suction hose. Our home in Milpitas feels much fresher now, and the air is noticeably cleaner with way less dust. The price was fair for the amount of work involved, and I feel like we got a great deal. We’ll definitely be calling again next time we need our air ducts cleaned!

When my furnace went out during the coldest month of the year, I contacted numerous businesses to fix my furnace. Central HVAC Repair was the first place to answer my call as well as schedule a professional to come to my house to look at my furnace. The entire experience working with them was pleasant from the nice, professional, and courteous man on the phone to the technician who came to my house, Amanda. Amanda was able to diagnose the problem and get my furnace working again. She was pleasant to work with and very professional as well. I will definitely use Central HVAC Repair in Milpitas again when the need arises.

We had an A/C problem, but Comfort Air was great, as usual. Our tech, Stephan, arrived promptly and walked us through everything he found and needed to do. He was unfailingly courteous and impressed us with his competence and care. We ended up replacing an 11-year-old capacitor and the A/C is working again, just in time for a hot weekend. Comfort air will be the first people we call if we ever hace another problem with our HVAC.

I highly recommend Comfort Energy. They installed 2 furnaces and air conditioners 8 years ago and did an wonderful job. Their service is excellent. I recently had my units serviced by Ralph one of their technicians and was very happy with the service and the provided. Ralph was knowledgeable, professional and neat, using show covers when in my home. Ralph was just great.

We've never had AC in our home and I got interested in getting a Heat Pump because it's more environmentally friendly and would enable us to heat and cool only certain parts of our home (instead of the whole thing) -- Maurice talked us through the entire process of what was needed and had great advice on unit placement, power and was happy to answer any questions we had. He and his team have years of experience and were all wonderfully professional, polite and courteous while they were working in our home. We evaluated 3 different companies for who would do this job for us and Comfort Energy came out on top by leaps and bounds. We were in trustworthy hands from the planning to the execution and through the permit process (where there was some confusion from the permitting office with some folks new to the inspector job.) Highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs!
