Comfort Energy employees are so friendly and helpful. Even though, I resolved the cold, like A/C that was running, coming out of the velours, Stephan was checking out everything in the panel outside of the house, making sure all was OK.
By me, turning off the power button on the remote, and then waiting a good 10 before turning it back on, fixed the issue. We couldn’t figure out why one of the inside units was making a rattle sound. But, when I kept pressing pressure on the outside of the unit, it got slightly less noisy. Stephan took his time, trying to explain how the system runs. He was very respectful and kind. He took his time in explaining how the Mitsubishi works. I would definitely recommend Stephan, in helping you out.

I got my AC installed almost 5 months ago from Comfort Energy. There were a little bit of bumps on the way but the way Comfort Energy handled those bumps was excellent and I can recommend Comfort Energy to any of my friends. In fact, I’m also going back to Comfort Energy for adding some of the add-ons like UV light and ventilation.

I purchased a new heat pump unit from Comfort Energy. It’s been a month since they installed it, I’ve had a great experience with them and the Gree Flex unit.

Maurice Did a great job with initial consultation and explaining the different options, and with ongoing questions. The team is well organized with installation, duct testing, final inspection, etc.

The whole team at Comfort Energy went above and beyond installing my new heat pump system and fine tuning it to better meet my needs. The installers Jaime and Mike and the technicians Agustin and Raul were all fabulous. The project manager and the office staff were great too. I highly recommend this company.

I replaced my HVAC system about 2 months ago & the experience with Maurice was so good that I went with Comfort Energy after getting a few quotes that are similar in pricing. I called Comfort Energy on a Friday after I realized my A/C wasn't cooling the house. Stephan and Fabian arrived on schedule the following Monday and quickly diagnosed the problem and the temperature in my house began dropping. They were both so pleasant to work with. They were very knowledgeable about how the equipment worked, and I could tell that they took pride in the service they provided. Great employees and very nice guys. I've been very happy with Comfort Energy and the products they provide... and the employees they hire!

5 stars! This is the second time that I have used Comfort Energy. The first was 13 years ago when they installed a complete HVAC system for a new home. This time they replaced an old gas furnace + AC with a new Mitsubishi heat pump at a townhouse. As was the case 13 years ago, Comfort Energy was professional from beginning to end. Maurice provided an excellent quote and explained the entire process. They took care of the permits and made sure that I received the maximum amount of rebates. When it came to the installation, Fabian and Guillermo were the best. They explained every step, communicated regularly, and were always polite and professional. I HIGHLY recommend Comfort Energy and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Stephan was amazingly efficient and resourceful. He researched and identified where the system control for our A/C was located (by looking on our plant) and fix the problem in no time. We highly recommend Comfort Energy as they have always great professionals like Stephan.

Stephan did a great job helping us identify the issues with our A/C unit. After dealing with a number of different slow/unresponsive providers through home warranty companies we went direct and were so much more satisfied with the thorough and fast service.

Our AC was not pushing out any cool air even though air was coming through. We call Comfort Energy and they dispatched tech Stephan Reich to the house. Stephan was friendly, wore booties in the house and repaired the AC unit. Luckily he had the capacitor in his truck and we were back with cool air within an hour or so. He also cleaned the AC unit and tested the vents to make sure cool air was coming through. Highly recommend.

Excellent service! It’s easy to schedule an appointment. Everyone was so friendly and professional. Stephan did a great job servicing my ac and was very detail oriented. They were also very flexible and understanding when I had to reschedule the first time due to not getting roof access on-time. I recommend them and will use them again!

A few years ago (2018) Comfort energy replaced the heater, blower and then a little later the AC compressor (Feb2020). The system was old, came with the house and used outdated technology. Since the installs, we have been getting Comfort energy to perform twice a year routine maintenance which includes a roughly hour long check of the system, oiling the needed elements and replacing the air return filters. We schedule heater check in late fall before the winter cold and the AC check late spring before the summer heat. The technicians who have visited, Chance and Stephan, are both professionals, know their job and are polite and patient. The dispatchers and schedulers, like Sarah, are also great to work with. Overall very satisfied with the company.

Excellent service from Stephan Reich. He was professional, knowledgeable, and diagnosed the issue within 15–20 minutes.

The $200 consultation fee is on the higher side, but it was absolutely worth it. I’d rather pay more for a skilled technician than deal with guesswork or wrong fixes. The issue was a simple air filter problem, and Stephan clearly explained system operation, maintenance, and how often filters should be changed.

They’re based in Milpitas and service Dublin as well—glad I found them. Plus, Stephan is easy to talk to and very approachable. Highly recommend.

We had great experience with Comfort Energy, Big Kudos to the company, to Jaime and Mike who helped us, they're really great! Highly recommended:

1) Very on time! Both inspection and installations, they come at the time they promised, and send messages to let us know that they're on the way.
2) They're detail oriented. They take quality very seriously, install the heater beautifully, handled all the small places (like we used to have water dripping outside and they helped us fixed that). They're very professional and willing to spend time for good work.
3) Jaime and Mike helped us to install the nest thermostat. our wiring is very tricky, we thought we can't install nest. Jaime and Mike explained different options, respect our opinion, and end up with a simple solution to solve this issue perfectly. During the installation, Jaime compare the position very carefully to make sure it aligns perfectly on the wall.
4) They protect our floor whenever they're working, they organize all the wires and pipes beautifully, not just working but also working elegantly. Jaime installed the nest for us, and vacuum all the dust around the area after it's done. All the working area are cleaned up carefully.
5) They take time to show us how it's working, how to operate, they have the right tools to diagnose and verify it's working properly. They're also very knowledgable about this domain and willing to answer questions patiently.

We're so happy with them, and really appreciate Jaime and Mike's great work. This literally made my day to have our heater fixed so confidently.
