The serviceman, Ruben was very professional! He arrived on time, was very courteous, and happily met my dogs. He wore booties in the house, cleaned up after himself both in the laundry room and outside. I was impressed with his manner and the job he completed. (Cleaning out the lint tubing and dryer). i would definitely recommend this Comfort Energy to others.

Jonathan came by to diagnose an issue that I was having with my high efficiency furnace. He was extremely thorough throughout the entire process. He was able to find the problem and made the necessary adjustments so that my issue would not happen again. He explained to me why I was having my particular issue and gave me signs to look out for, if it were to happen again. Jonathan was great!!! He took care of my issue and made the area he was working in cleaner than it was before!!! Comfort Energy is by far one of the best HVAC companies out there. The care and professionalism their employees have with their customers is top notch. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

I've used Comfort Energy a couple of times now and I'm very happy with this company. Thank you Belsin! Thank you everyone at Comfort Energy for the honest work and prompt response. My AC water condensate line was clogged. Initially we thought a new line had to be installed. But, after Belsin's diligent troubleshooting the line was cleared and extended properly. It's perfect and saved me a huge expense!

Also this, the AC stopped working on July 3rd, during the heatwave. After getting in touch with Comfort Energy on July 5th, Belsin came over on July 6th. We couldn't perform the repair right away, other contractor issue. But Belsin did not leave my family and pets without AC. He found a work around, I can't express enough gratitude!

Great company! Great management! Great staff! Troubleshooting can be very difficult, and you don't always get the expected outcome. Comfort Energy went above and beyond to restore heat when needed most and fix the furnace. Thank you!

If you're considering HVAC services, I can't recommend Comfort Energy enough. I put off the mini-split AC installation for years, but decided that 2024 was the year I would stop sweating in my own house all summer! I was hesitant to go through the process because I was dreading the coordination with my HOA, but after my neighbors wholeheartedly recommended Comfort Energy, I decided to pull the trigger.

Maurice was quick to provide everything I needed to get HOA approval and kept me informed of next steps along the way. I was absolutely delighted with the exceptional quality of work from Guillermo, our lead technician, and the level of service provided by Beto. From installation to city inspection, everything ran like clockwork. They were extremely professional, got the work done quickly, and were accommodating of my schedule, especially when I needed to take some work-from-home meetings during installation days.

Don’t wait like I did—reach out to them now! I could have been enjoying a much more comfortable home for years.

We have used Comfort Energy multiple times over the years until last year we purchased a new furnace from them with installation. The experience was very efficient, timely and professional.

I just want to give a ‘shout out’, to ‘Comfort Energy’, who installed, a A/C heat pump for me, on 7/11/2024. Kyle Allison,(sales), Beto Lopez, Craig,(office contact) and the actual installers, were all very professional, and their communications, to me, were excellent.

My sales person, Kyle Alison, was extremely good, to work with, clearly explained everything, answered all of my questions. Kyle, also highlighted, all of the potential energy saving, rebate programs, that I could apply for, for purposes, of getting cash rebates. The company, also on my behalf, applied for a cash rebate, which I did receive!

On a specific date, the city, was to do the permit inspection, fat my house. After, I had waited at home, several hours, with Beto Lopez, I got an urgent call, from my dentist’s office. They said, that I needed to pick up, my dental appliance, right away, before they closed their office, for the long weekend. Beto, immediately offered, to stay and wait, at my house, for the city permit representative. Telling me, that I could go ahead, to my dentist’s office, , and that he’d be waiting, for me, at my house, upon my return. While I was gone, the permit person did arrive, and Comfort Energy’s installation, passed inspection. I was incredibly grateful, to Beto Lopez, for his offer, to wait at my house. Therefore, I highly recommend this company, to anyone, who is looking for someone to install an A/C/Heat pump.

We have had their service plan for a couple of years now. The company has been reliable when scheduling appointments. Additionally, we have always lived the technicians they sent. This season it was Chance, and what a nice guy! We recommend Comfort Energy.

My heat stopped working and with Comfort Energy, I was able to get a service appointment in less than 24 hours. The repairperson was able to diagnosis the issue with my thermostat/heater. He then was able to purchase the new part and install it. My heater is working great again, thank you!

I had trouble with my HVAC unit during the peak of summer, so I contacted Comfort Energy. The issue was diagnosed by their technician, Reuben, who suspected the problem was with the control board on the furnace. With my consent, he ordered the required part, which was later installed by technician Stephan. Both of these guys were super friendly and proficient in their work. They not only did a great job but also patiently answered all my questions and explained what they were doing. I highly recommend Comfort Energy for your HVAC needs. It’s a 10/10 from me for the service they provided.

UPDATE: changing my rating to 2 stars as the $562 diagnosis and repair service we paid for lasted us for only 2 WEEKS before having the same issue of water dripping out of the drip pan from our ceiling again.

At the time, I thought it was worth paying the price to fix our problem as we were diagnosed to have a clogged condensate drain line, but now we are told that our entire AC system should be replaced. I wish we knew this earlier as I wouldn’t have wanted to waste $562 for a minor temporary 2 week repair when our whole system is now recommended to be replaced.

ORIGINAL: Our AC was having issues leaking rust colored liquid into our bathtub as well as making occasional gurgling sounds from our sink in that same bathroom. Apparently the drain above the bathtub is a secondary/backup drain line meaning that the main condensate drain line was clogged. Once both drains were clogged, the drip pan in our ceiling started collecting water which started pouring out water once we opened up our ceiling to access the AC unit.

We were assisted by Stephan who was very professional, knowledgeable, kind and thorough in his work. He helped explain to me our issues and gave us suggestions as to how to prevent something like this from happening again so soon as this is an inevitable AC issue that has built up over the course of several years.

When I booked my appointment, I would suggest calling the company number as it was faster than waiting for the automated Yelp response to my message. The time frame given to me from 8-11 am was actually the approximate arrival time. Stephan helped to diagnose our issue and fix the clog by blasting nitrogen gas into our main drain line and then our secondary drain line which was very difficult to access in our condominium unit as we have a ceiling pancake HVAC unit. It took like 2.5 hours to complete everything. Definitely recommending Comfort Energy for any AC needs and request for Stephan!

I have used this company for several years keeping my AC and furnace running at top condition is extremely important to me. Comfort Energy comes twice a year to make that happen. I have been a long term customer with comfort energy. The services have been on time and thorough. The techs are professional and courteous. We have split system installed by them and the long term maintenance has kept everything running smoothly. I’m very pleased with the overall experience and their attention to details.

We replaced our heater with a more climate efficient heat pump. After getting a few bids from local sources we decided on comfort energy. It turned out to be a good decision.

The people we worked with were extremely nice and very careful inside our house and out.

Any issues we had were quickly taken care of. Best of all we now have air conditioning added to our house along with heating.

Got a new Lennox furnace installed yesterday. Mike and Jaime arrived on time. I asked a ton of questions about the brand and it was obvious from their answers that they had a lot of experience with it. They got to work and got the job done carefully and quickly. I feel very fortunate that I picked Comfort Energy.

Comfort Energy installed a heat pump water heater for us, and it was the best interaction we've had with a contractor ever. I cannot rave enough - they were extremely responsive (answering the phone late at night, getting us in the next day when our previous water heater was leaking) the install was painless, and they managed all of the rebates and paperwork.

We had a wonderful experience with Comfort Energy! The service person, whose name was Chance, did a thorough evaluation of the problem with a focus on saving us as much money as possible, to either repair or replace our 30-year-old heat furnace. He quickly determined that our inlet filter was too dense (it was a Merv 11 and should have been a Merv 8) and that that was probably causing the heater to go off an on every 5-10 minutes. He then tested and confirmed his hypothesis. He also performed a CO test to make sure there wasn't anything more serious going on. Finally, he gave us a good idea of replacement options, which we should probably do before the next Winter, but not necessarily right away. All in all, this is exactly the kind of assessment we needed, and it cost orders of magnitude less than what was estimated by the first service company we had come out. Chance was great, and Comfort Energy is our go-to for heating and cooling service and/or installation from now on.
