Constraction reviews in Modesto, California

Update:
My roof leaked from recent rains (late 2023) and the ceiling where the water landed started exhibiting the effects of this leak. I called Jerry at Alba's roofing and asked him to have someone take a look. The work he did in late 2023 is still under Alba's 2 year warranty certificate. Jerry was nice and proactive in his handling of this issue. He sent a crew to determine the cause of the leak and repair it, and he also sent someone to repair the ceiling inside the house.

It's reassuring that the warranty Alba's Roofing provides is being honored. My confidence in Alba's Roofing work is restored and as such, I am changing my rating from one star to five stars.

Alba's Roofing provided me an excellent roofing construction service from start to finish. They were able to quickly diagnose and fix a persistent leak in our roof. The crew was professional, and the work was completed to a high standard. I would definitely use them again.

I'm happy with the roof, service and company.
Everything went well. Most of the
pre-arrangements were made via the telephone while I was away from the property. They showed up on time, from tear off to completion, very professional.
Will use them again and recommend.

I work in real estate and its hard to find a company that will get the job done quickly, at a good price, and with quality work. I needed a Roof estimate asap as my home was at the end of escrow and needed a new roof replacement. He managed to go take a look at it with 24 hours of calling him. Every time I called him to ask questions he always answered. He was always very friendly and professional. His crew completed the entire job in 2 days and it was a lot of work that needed to be done. They did a great job with clean up as well. He also offered me the best quote. Overall I am very impressed by Jerry and his company and for that reason I will recommend him to all my clients, family and friends. I look forward to working with you in the future! Thank you Alba's Roofing!!

If I could give Alba's Roofing a 10 I would. They are amazing! The crew is such a great group of young men, very courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. Alba's went above & Beyond my expectations from the estimate provided. I highly recommend this company. So nice to do business with great people. Just can't say enough nice things!

This team did a fantastic job, they knock it out in a few days and were super responsive and thoughtful. Great rate too! You must contact them if you need a roof.

Great service. I had a roof leak from the latest storm and Alba's services were recommended. They arrived on time for the estimate and provided before and after pictures and I couldn't be happier. They were very responsive as well.

Gerardo and his crew showed up on schedule and were very professional, super hard working and efficient. They finished our roof exactly how we wanted it in just 2 DAYS! Couldn’t be more satisfied with our end result. Highly recommend Alba’s Roofing!

Very professional and efficient company! Jerry and Miguel were very professional and did a great job on my roof. Would highly recommend! Alba's roofing is top notch. Fast and quality work!

Great experience with Alba's Roofing ... I have a rental property in Modesto, CA. that needed to be readied for going on the market. I live in San Diego mind you. On Memorial weekend I drove to Modesto and contacted a few firms for roofing and siding repair. Mr. Alba showed up the next day and gave me a reasonable quote. We agreed to terms over the phone on Tuesday. The job was completed to my satisfaction on Wednesday afternoon!!!
There were no add-ons ... He even agreed to paint all of my wood trim (added on by me) for $200.
I was worried about being taken advantage of since I was not there to oversee the project.
Job well done, reasonable price and on time.

Alba’s Roofing did a great job! They’re professional, experienced, and easy to work with. The quality of their work really shows, and they handled everything from tear-off to installation smoothly. Highly recommend for anyone needing roofing in Northern California!

Alba's Roofing just completed installing a new metal roof on our new home in La Grange. Gerardo and his crew did a great job. Highly recommend Alba's Roofing.

3 days ago, 20 professional roofing guys showed up at our door at 8 a.m., as promised. Within 3 days, we have a new roof, new gutters, and all new venting. It was so great. The pricing was just so good. They also repaired a few wholes from the previous heavy title roof at no charge. It was fast and easy, and the process produced exceptional results. Just ask for Jerry Albas...

I highly recommend Alba's Roofing. They replaced my parents roof and repaired the rotted wood trimmings at a reasonable price. Jerry is very professional and communicate the job with updates to me daily. Since this is my parents house I was not able to be there to monitor the work, but Jerry updated me everyday with pictures and video of the job in progress. They were able to complete the roof and replaced the rotted wood in 1.5 days! That is crazy fast and the workmanship is great too. If you want professional, fast, and great workmanship, Alba's roofing can't be beat.

Alba's roofing is a great choice to go with. They repaired my roof very professionally. They did very good and quality work on the roof of my house. I highly recommend you go with them because they are very experienced and high level of expertise in the work they do. Very honest and hard working guys won't be disappointed with them.

On time performance! Excellent work and installation of a solar tube in an always dark hallway filled the bill! Have already made several recommendations to neighbors who will also be needing new roofs soon. Also replaced roofs on poolhouse and tool shed!

I’m a local real estate agent and needed a reliable roofer for a full roof replacement, including dry rot repairs, with a tight timeline before closing escrow. Alba’s Roofing came through big time. Their pricing was fair, they were incredibly accommodating, and they got the entire roof replaced in just two days of work. Fast, efficient, and professional—highly recommend if you're looking for quality work done on schedule.

Very professional, quick response roof done in one day!

Returning customers. Jerry( Alba’s Roofing) installed my parent’s roof 7 years ago and did excellent work. They repaired all the dry rot and installed quality materials. Therefore when our rental needed a new roof plus gutters there was no question, we called Jerry. His customer service is top notch, he is on time and provides quality work. We are extremely happy with the installation, for a second time, great job guys!
