So I shopped around and stopped by here They gave me a great price With good quality laminate I used one of their contractors Wayne and his crew they were great and did a beautiful job And they were fast, I'm very happy and definitely recommend

Floor put in by Nic and Liz Nisperos (Magflooring) on Sept. 3. They left a 1" x 3'-0 hole in the floor. They came back Sept. 6, and said that they had ordered the material and would finish the floor that week. It didn't happen! Called Liz the next week, Sept 14, she said that she would look into it and call me back. It didn't happen!! Also on Sept. 14 I called Floor Trader to see if they had ordered the material, they said they would look into it and call call back. They didn't!!! Posted a review on Yelp on Oct 4, and Nic mysteriously called in less that 24 hours. Said he ordered the material from James at Floor Trader and he would get back to me. That was over a month ago. Haven't heard from Nic nor Floor Trader since!!!!

Great place and can find anything!

Great prices even better customer service. They weren't pushy with the sale ( which is always a plus). I will definitely be going back to purchase the remaining floor for my home.

The best thing I can say about them is there was actually a live person there that wait on me. I didn't have to go look for anybody or get somebody from the plumbing department. So we're going to see if we can maybe do some business in the week or so.

We are more than happy, Lisa & James at Floor Traders they were so helpful, we must of came back to this store 6 times, as we looked for a floor at 8 difference floor companies. We found Lisa very helpful and called us a few time to answer many questions we had. Wayne Taylor and his crew were amazing, we were very concerned about the install as our neighbors went with another company and they said it would be 3 days for an installation was more like 3 1/2 weeks. Wayne came out and told us it would be 3 days, and it was done in 2 1/2 days. Wayne and his crew were on time and cleaned up each day. We did make a few changes and it was not a problem for them. They did a great job on our baseboards and we were in the process of putting up crown molding and Wayne sprayed painted that molding for us as well. My husband and a friend put up the crown molding but Wayne painting it first was a big help. Wayne and his crew even put our couches back in our house, We put in 1500 square feet downstairs, of vinyl plank flooring. I would recommend this company. now all I have to do is talk my husband into doing our upstairs, next

I reached out and spoke with Lisa on the phone regarding some needs we had for a rental and she actually responded within about an hour with my measurements. And had sent over several options for us. We decided to go down to the store the following Monday to take a look at the product That she had given us an estimate for and we were very surprised with how many options we had as well as they were willing to come to our town of Coulterville , which just thrilled me ! We did go ahead and purchase the carpet and had someone the owner come up and to one measurement just to make sure our numbers were correct and they scheduled the work to be done the following week not only was it done on time but the job and the products that we were given in our estimate were affordable and the service was amazing so we recommend the floor trader and the customer service is awesome !
