Jeff was very professional, he and his team member came and assessed and fixed the issues. They were on time and communicative in giving me a heads up of when they were on the way. Bob in the office was able to find an appointment time slot that met my schedule. I definitely will work with them on future projects!

I definitely don't recommend this performance electric & plumbing. They came out to assess my toilet because of a possible leak. the first guy came and assessed the toilet and determine there was a leak. At the moment we couldn't tell how much damage was there. The second guy was 45mins late but he came to take the toilet out and replace the wax ring. Only when he lifted the toilet it was determined that the floors there was slight damage to the sub flooring. They let myself and my home warranty company know to dry out the floors for 3 days and they would come back for an appointment at no cost because I paid my service fee the first day already. Finally when trying to make an appointment for performance electric to come back to reset the wax ring and toilet the guy was extremely rude to me telling me that he couldn't even get a lunch break without a phone call. Telling me that my home was too far for him to come back. Then he demanded a $175 tip to send someone back to do the wax ring and reset my toilet. This is through my home warranty. this guy is a complete rip off he should be ashamed of himself. The two men that were sent out to do the actual work both times, Robert and Scoty, were actually kind and amazing and did exactly what they came to do. The guy that's answering the phone, "Bob" LOL he's the one that's rude. disrespectful and demanded "$175 tip" through my home Warranty company to send someone back out. So my Warranty company canceled them . I would never work with this company again.

This review is based on my personal experience with Performance Electrical Co Inc., as well as what I’ve gathered from reading just a portion of the many negative reviews on Yelp and Google. Do not ignore the bad reviews! I submitted a claim through Choice Home Warranty for a leaking bathroom sink drain, and Performance Electrical was assigned to handle the repair. A plumber initially came out and said he needed to request authorization. Once approved, they returned and replaced the P-trap. After the work was done, the technician informed my wife that while the P-trap was fixed, there was now a new leak coming from the pivot rod opening, an issue that did not exist prior to their work. They told us we would either need to fix it ourselves or submit a new claim, refusing to complete the repair in a timely or reasonable manner. They also attempted to charge me additional money beyond the service fee I had already paid, which felt unethical. I spoke with Jim by phone and text, and he repeatedly tried to make it seem like I was being unreasonable for expecting them to resolve the issue they caused. He insisted the job was complete, despite the fact that the sink was now leaking from a different area and not draining properly. It was an incredibly frustrating experience, and based on both my own situation and the many similar reviews online, I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Arrived as promised, priced as promised, I am a satisfied customer. We had a night light, a dimmer, and a on/off switch installed. We will use them again as needed.

Update - Performance Electrical has become a mixed bag for me. We had them do a light install outside which has worked out very well, fair price, good service, good tech. Courteous people as well. (Described above)

Then we asked their plumbing side to take care of two issues, one was a leaky toilet tank and the other a chattering hot water side pipe. The service man changed out the flapper on the toilet, then installed a device designed to stop the chatter. Neither solution worked and I was now out $350.

I called them back, and it took a couple of weeks to get them here, the service man looked everything over and said he would have his boss call me with a bid for the repairs. It has now been about two more weeks with no contact from them. The two problems remain. I will now have to seek a new plumber and won't be using these guys for the electrical upgrade we are doing on our hot tub. Strange way to do business. Note, the device in the picture I uploaded did not solve my problem (I did suggest that they actually install it near the source of the pipe chatter to no avail.)

I do like to help small businesses, which is why we tried them to begin with, but my faith in Performance Electrical has evaporated.

Jeff was great! He resolved my issue quickly and answered all of my questions and concerns. He was friendly and professional and really is an expert in his field. Would definitely use Performance again!

The gentleman that came to our home was very professional, honest, knowledgeable and helpful. Great company and employee to work with. Home warranty insurance is covering this repair so I can’t rate this company on price. I just know once my contract expires with Choice Warranty I will not renew with them. They don’t honor what they tell you when you sign up with the.

Performance Electrical & Plumbing went above and beyond in fixing my outdated laundry room light fixture and ballast. They also worked very diligently replacing a converter on a shower/tub combo. I would recommend them and will for sure use them again

Very polite and explained my plumbing needs. They will send the repair report to Choice and await their approval to make the repairs. Once we receive it ok they will schedule an appointment for the repairs.

I’m very satisfied with today’s service. The technician was extremely nice, polite, and professional. He took his time to explain everything clearly, opened the water tank, and took pictures from every angle. It was such a big difference compared to the last technician who didn’t explain anything or do a proper inspection.

He answered all my questions and explained that the issue is due to age and overuse , that it’s not worth fixing and needs a replacement. I really appreciate how thorough and honest he was.

If I ever have any electrical or plumbing problems in the future (knock on wood, I don’t!), I would definitely call this company again. Both the technician and his boss were kind and professional.

They did an outstanding job! My range hood was making loud noises and needed repairs. The team quickly diagnosed that the motor was outdated and returned to replace it. The motor was so old that they had to disassemble everything to access it, requiring two technicians for the job. After their thorough repair, it works perfectly, and they even cleaned everything to make it look brand new! The price was very reasonable and significantly cheaper than buying a new range hood. I’m so grateful to them and highly recommend their services to everyone!

They were great! They came out the same day that I called came to my home and checked out my problem.In a matter of two days I received a new water heater. They installed it in an hour and they were very polite and very professional! I would highly recommended them!

So far so good. Bob came early for the estimate and was very nice. It seems reasonable what he quoted me 😊

I had my outlet put in today and they did an excellent job! They worked around a small space with no issues. Everything works great and I am very happy 😊 They were also very prompt and easy to get a hold of.

Ca attic solutions did an outstanding job insulating the attic. Their team was professional, efficient, and delivered high-quality work. I highly recommend their services!

The service was efficient and responsive, but Nadim is not to be trusted. In addition to the attic work, they replaced our old whole house fan. The new one was a smaller ceiling footprint, which he knew, but on site they told me it would be extra to patch the hole. Without paying extra they would have left a gaping hole in my ceiling. When they put the new fan in, the put it on the left of the hole. When I asked for it centered to the hallway I was told of course they had always planned to center it, they were just putting it there to get started. It was trimmed already on the non-hole side! When I asked about the 8-hr timer noted in the proposal, he had to look up the proposal to double check what he promised. When confirmed we walked out to the truck where he showed me a timer switch and explained that it would be installed in the ceiling, and preset for a time limit. That seemed weird but he's the expert, right? The next thing I know his employee was tapping on a random wall in my hallway to install two new switches--without discussing with me! When I caught him I was told by his staff that the timer should be installed in the house next to a new high/low/off switch. They were going to put in a new switch (again, without discussing it with me) because they didn't have a switch box large enough to add a switch to the existing plate. So not only were they going to put a new hole in my hallway wall without asking, they were going to leave a dead switch. The topper to all this was when I was told our HVAC ducts had leaks and they could replace them for $6500. They CAUSED the leaks when they did the attic work. There was zero airflow in the attic before, but somehow it was our problem to fix. We declined and had a trusted professional fix the ducts. When I requested a partial refund, I was rejected and told to read the terms and conditions.

Great experience with CA attics they were very professional and were very efficient. Nadim gave me an estimate and once we agreed he was able to schedule the attic cleaning and rodent proofing next day.
