Constraction reviews in Modesto, California

Absolutely recommend! Jerry was so communicative and fairly priced. Explained the entire process and scheduled quickly. His entire crew were kind and clean!

Not to mention he was able to match color our porch roof to the shingles that are no longer available.

This company and its workers do amazing work! I called 2 days ago and they were able to squeeze me into their schedule and got the work done in less than an hour. As a customer I felt like they had my best interest, they did extra work I didn’t pay for to ensure my roof will last a long time! I 10/10 recommend albas roofing!!

Jerry and his team did a full roof replacement on my 100 year slate roof listing. They were quick, professional and did an amazing job. I will definitely be working with him again for future clients homes

November 14th the Alba roofing company from Modesto came and repaired the roof to our home and did an exceptional job. Jerry and his crew showed very good professionalism. Their service was top notch. Jerry took the time to explain the process of the repairs that he and his crew will be doing while working on the roof. Jerry treated my wife, and I like we were family, and like we were just customers. They were very thorough and paid attention to detail. I would recommend the Alba roofing company to anyone who is in need of repairs to their roof.

I was feeling a bit stressed over my leaking roof leaking into my garage but Jerry saved the day when he came by right away! He and his crew were very professional, courteous and reasonably priced compared to other roofers. Jerry sent me pictures of the step by step repair and cleaned up after everything was done. I would highly recommend this crew. Incredible service.

Jerry/Geraldo Alba was excellent! Extremely professional. High quality work. Fixed my roof leak on time and on budget! Look at the pictures to see the great work he did! I highly recommend him. I will be requesting his roof service to tune my tile roof next!

Really good experience with them. I called them new years because I noticed a leak in the house, they came the next day for a free estimate and after I agreed to it they came out the next day to take care of it. They showed many before pictures in the estimate to show whats needed to replace, answered all questions. They are very friendly and professional. Would recommend.

Working with Alba’s roofing was a great experience! Jerry and the crew were top-notch, professional, and easy to work with. They provided an accurate estimate with no surprises. They kept me informed throughout, and I felt they really cared about doing the job right. The roof looks wonderful!"

Highly recommend Alba’s Roofing Company! They were extremely fast, punctual, and delivered high-quality work from start to finish. Their pricing was the best compared to other quotes I received, without cutting corners on quality. Customer service was excellent—professional, responsive, and easy to work with. If you’re looking for reliable roofing done right, Alba’s Roofing is the way to go.

Miguel and team have done tons of work for us over the last several years, from bathroom and kitchen remodels, to rewiring, plumbing, trenching and fencing, to attic work, roof window installation to house painting. We’ve trusted him each time because of the quality and attention to detail he shows every time both in the work itself as well as the planning and estimating. Any time we need construction or remodeling work completed, he’s the first person we call. Absolutely top level of service.

Miguel was recommended to me by a friend, and since then he has remodeled three bathrooms in our home. He is efficient, professional, and shows a great deal of respect for the home he’s working in. His communication is excellent, and the quality of his work reflects his strong attention to detail. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Miguel again for our next project - highly recommend!

Miguel is the BEST!! Totally reliable, problem solving, Never leaving a mess each day, Meticulous!!! He sees things you don’t and completely honest.. if you want it he can do it but will tell you a better way and then let you decide. He is so great at everything and I only hesitate to write this as it will make it harder for me to schedule things to be done!🤣 You can’t get a better contractor!!

Miguel and team are amazing. More important, he is trustworthy and wants to ensure that you are happy with the outcome. Miguel completed many projects-built a deck, finished a basement, remodeled and added a bathroom. He finished on time and also offered several improvements. He is always communicative. He is my go to contractor.
