I was in there today and a guy that was like 18 had a bad attitude and wasnt much of help. It seemed as if he didnt want to be there. Terrible customer service.

Unfortunately, this store has gone downhill. This was previously the place to go when you needed assistance finding a particular item, but it isn’t the case anymore. Very poor service and attitude.

Worth less he's best answer was to used silicone not even offer to see what he had at the store.

What a waste of time I went in there nobody helped me he look like the owner was dealing with personal friends and issues by giving legal advice and attorney numbers to some customers and I was desperate to buy a complete showerhead kit and valve for my bathroom and when I was leaving the customer he dealt with gave me the dirtiest look like I was going to run him over in the parking lot never again and I would not recommend this place

The customer service is horrible. The help do not know what they have in stock and look at you as if they do not know what you are explaining to them. Had to show him the parts I needed on the wall.

Huge selection! Awesome show room, sinks, faucets, toilets, tubs and everything in between. They'll have exactly what you need. Great service too.

Abe's is THE place for plumbing fittings. If Abe's doesn't have it, it probably doesn't exist. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The parking lot can be a challenge though, as panhandlers frequent the neighborhood.

Needed handles for an old Pfizer faucet and they had it. Was reasonable price too.

What a disappointment , i have been serving the plumbing industry for over 15 years . As a supply store your serving other business owners . Daniel you are the example of what we business owners fear. Having poor quality of service representing a company you clearly dont care about . Your self centered poor customer service is what i will be avoiding!!!!!!.
