Marcus was a pleasure to work with. you’re very lucky to have such a talented and nice plumber. One day he even came to work when he wasn’t feeling very well because I didn’t have water and wanted to get things hooked up. He did a lot of work, plumbing the whole house he deserves a bonus. If I have a need for Roto-Rooter again, I would request Marcus to return.
However, the supervisor was supposed to provide me with the documents which I have never received, and I would like to have those and the warranty.

I made an appointment for an issue with a leaky toilet and a technician came out the next day as scheduled. Thomas was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He identified and fixed the issue and did so for a reasonable price. I’m very satisfied with the job performed and will happily call again should I need any other work done.

We had a backed up pipe in our house and all the sewer was coming out of the tubs and the toilets. Miguel was able to fix the problem in 15 minutes. He was quick nice and got the job done! He gave us options of things that were wrong and let us know what was wrong and how it would get fixed.

We had an issue w one of our bathrooms. I called late at night and requested a specific time slot. I was easily provided an appointment the next day at a time convenient to me. Rick and Josh were experts. We had plumbing issues snd I was concerned about a tiny leak. They got our throne working AND updated the seal so future problems could be prevented. Thank you to Josh and Rick for an amazing job. We appreciate you!

My technician was very excellent. He answered all my questions and did a great. As the owner of Swan Pools for over 40 years I have dealt with all sorts of clients and service people and I would not hesitate to recommend your company and your technician.

The guys that arrived to service were kind, professional, and quick. They assessed the situation and let me know my options in a none pushy way. I appreciate their efficiency and their compassion for the scheduling issue. They get 5 stars.
The scheduling tech however is a whole other issue.

Their quality home service was excellent! Terry was sent by dispatch even the high demand of their services in the area it was worth the wait. The job quotes were honest and fair so at the end myself and the landlord we very satisfied of the service. Highly recommended to anyone.

Technician arrived in a timely fashion (early in the appointment window .. love the text indicating ‘on the way’!). Things just got better from there! The problem (all drains/toilets backed up) was resolved quickly (it took a while, but I was very satisfied with explanations and interactions). After the service my line from the clean out trap to the sewer was described and the involvement of tree roots. It was highly recommended that a Video Detection (I believe it was called) be conducted within the 6 month guarantee to allow us to plan any necessary repairs. We are very pleased .. y’all saved Christmas!!

Thomas Travis and Miguel were very professional and were able to save me a lot of time and money. I loved how speedy the service was and how they kept me informed every step of the way. The other companies I contacted before them were trying to charge me for work that was not even needed. I felt they were very honest and trust worthy. They also helped me with a reasonable package price for everything needed. I highly recommend these guys

Colton was great. He arrived earlier than expected, gave a fair price, had a nice even keel manner, communicated well, and remained calm, positive, and friendly even when the problem was more difficult to solve than expected. AND, he was able to get the drain clear and give suggestions for next steps. Excellent service. I'd have him back any time.

This is our second time using Roto Rooter to clean up water from underneath our house due to a kitchen line leak…both times they exceeded my expectations! Sebastian and Kevin were awesome! They were thorough, communicative & so nice! Definitely recommend!

We needed a new water heater and although Roto-Rooter was expedient in replacing our water heater, they are very expensive. It took some time before we received the invoice after repeated requests. The invoice did not have the costs broken out so I don't know how much we were charged for the water heater without labor and permits. The technician that came out stated we had some rusty pipes that needed replacement so we requested an estimate. We never received the estimate and it's been over a week and a half since they came to the house. We've requested the estimate three times and we still don't have an estimate. I'm not sure why they are so slow with their paperwork.

Marcus is a real one. More than a thousand dollars less than the next cheapest estimate (which goes to the company more than Marcus I'd assume), and the only one of three others (from other places) WHO ACTUALLY FOUND THE PROBLEM. Hella nice, super communicative. There's no way that it can be a pleasurable experience having someone fix your shit backed up bathtubs, but if it could be then Marcus would be the one to make it.

Thomas was very friendly and professional. Used his cutting snake to clear the roots from our outflow main line. Smooth easy process. We live in country with a lot of trees, two old redwoods, 68+ years old are right near the line. Line is original (late 1950’s) so our 1st concern was about not damaging the line. Hydro jetting was suggested by another company, but after my research chose this less invasive method 1st. All clear now, excellent results. Last root clearing with Roto Rooter was in 2013.

Was fast, super efficient & friendly, arrive on time, the clog was taken care of in minutes! No hassle, would definitely recommend to anyone who has a serious plumbing issue!

Had a surprisingly positive experience with Kyle from Rotorooters. Although I hate having plumbing issues, Kyle made the whole process easy and painless. He made sure to get the things I needed to fix my leaking faucet, gave me advice, and stayed within the hour timeframe. Kyle is a tech that cares about clients and sees them as more than a paycheck is what brings business back to companies like Rotorooter. If I have issues like this in the future * knock on wood*. I will not hesitate to call Kyle and Rotor Rooters again.

From the start, our experience and interaction with Roto Rooter was exceptional!!!! And on a Sunday no less! From Sabrina who took our call, processed our details and assured us she was on it and would keep on it until we were taken care of to Rodney who very shortly thereafter drove into our community to make the initial assessment of our situation, we cannot say enough about this team and their work! We had a sewage trap for the entire mobilehome community backed up and flooding into our carport. When Marcus arrived a little while later, again on a Sunday afternoon, he immediately went to work jetting more than 100' of sewer line in a very old park. He was able to clear the blockage but wanted to ensure that he had done a thorough job...so Marcus and my husband walked the entire park to check ALL clean outs. He identified another blockage connecting to the main city line and went 200'+ to clear that one. He wasn't able to because the blockage was at the city line and only the city could clear it. Marcus was frustrated with this because he wanted to fix everything for us quickly. He actually gave us his phone number and said to call him directly as soon as the city clear the blockage. He would come back ASAP to finish clearing everything and ensure the system was working. He took this personally and we honestly felt like we had a dear old friend who just so happens to work at a Roto Rooter and was helping fix this awful issue on a Sunday afternoon because we're friends! I mean who does that?! We could not be more impressed and appreciative of Sabrina, Rodney and, our dear new friend Marcus!!!

Our plumber Thomas was the best... 24 years experience and very professional. He was honest and upfront about pricing from best case to worst case scenario. Thank goodness to his talented work he was able to fix our leak and the cost was doable! Thomas is very polite and gave me good advise for care and maintenance on our plumbing issue.
Rotorooter was responsive and I got an appointment the next day with no problem. I am very satisfied with the company and the work that was done. I definitely would recommend and use them again. Thank you Rotoruter and Thomas!

Marcus explained to me what was causing the problem on our water heater which he fixed and also explained to me which parts are still covered by the warranty. He was friendly, polite and very professional in every way.
On the same day, he also checked our garbage disposal which needed to be replaced. I decided to buy the unit myself and he would come back to have it installed.
Marcus did an excellent job on both water heater repair and garbage disposal installation.

Oh, he was fantastic. Answered all my questions, my 6 year old’s too, of which there were numerous. Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

Worst service I've ever used. Technician didn't know what he was looking at causing a larger problem. When I call to get information the call goes to dispatch. Dispatch is suppose to relay the request. It never happened, TWICE! I have a group home with 2 restrooms. The one they didn't fix, was left uncovered with a working toilet behind it. I get a call that house smells of raw sewage. No one called, dispatch didn't relay, supervisor I spoke with refused to take any responsibility for the error.
Do not use this service! I've had many plumbers, this is the worst.
