I will always call roto-rooter for any of my plumbing needs. I went first with a family business and wow did they rip me off and didn't even find the root of my issue. Archie was a great technician! He exhausted all his options until we had to move along the the chain to try and get my sewer pipes cleared! He was able to clear it! Travis also came by and they used their camera to find the issue and gave me great advice on next steps to resolve! Great company, Great workers! Great results! HAPPY CUSTOMER

Mauro was our service tech and he was very nice and showed up very quickly 😀. He even showed us what he was doing and explaining everything. Very happy with his customer service and completion of work.

I would like to recommend the Roto - Rooter company to anyone in need of plumbing services. Our two upstairs toilets were not working properly. As one could imagine, it was a stressful situation. I called RR and a few hours later a technician, Kyle, showed up. We were kept up-to-date via text from Travis when the technician would arrive. Kyle was able to take care of the problem and got our toilets working properly. I wouldn't hesitate to call on RR for services, if needed in the future.

The plumbing job was done professionally and efficiently. The plumber was knowledgeable and fixed the issue without any problems. However, the price was a bit on the higher side. Overall, good quality work but slightly expensive.

The lower rating represents my shock to the extreme high rates for Roto Rooter to do this work. I'm not sure how most folks can afford to have you do this work. Very sad.

Lorenzo, Nester, Kevin, and Roy came out to do mitigation for the water damages in my house and I must saybthat they were AMAZING! They displayed professionalism at all times and did an amazing job working! Everything was done so neatly and correctly. I definitely recommend them!!!!!

The job is completed as planned even though it takes longer than expected due to the permit and license required by the city. Both Travis and Kristopher have good communication throughout the project and addressed concerns and issues promptly. We would not hesitate to recommend their services.

I had a great experience withRoto-Rooter, Terry showed up on time was courteous and respectful of my property. He did an amazing job getting my Gas line installed, he had to change some of the piping and move one outlet valve to another line for me. So nice to have my stove up and running.

Friendly service good people working there honest guys. The technology they used was good with the cameras. The prices were a bit too high for us and we weren’t given specific appointment times for them to come by. Overall good I would recommend them to others to use.

Had a plumbing emergency yesterday a few days before I planned to have people over, so I had to get it resolved ASAP. I tried to fix it myself, but I wasn't able to, and trying to schedule a plumber through my home warranty wouldn't resolve the issue in time, so I called Roto-Rooter, and they were able to send somebody and fix the issue that very night! I waited a few days to post this review just to ensure that the issue truly was resolved and am happy to say that it was. Definitely saved my weekend. Thanks!
