contractor the work. This is a great
place for the DIY type of person.
It blows away the big box store.
It is a local small business, where
they take pride in the jobs.

Frick'n awesome !!!! Coleen is GREAT...She took the time with me to find out what I needed. Showed me around the show room....Showed me my options made suggestions. If you have plumbing needs go see Abe's plumbing you will not be disappointed

During sequestering for Covid I had a leaky shower valve. I took a very clear picture of it and mailed it to the store (address on Google). Called a moth later and asked if they ever received it. The guy said "no". You could tell he didn't even pause to say, "Let me check with the office". Waste of a postage stamp. I figured they'd have better information than H.D.

It was okay, 3 employees were there, 2 available to help but neither stepped out from behind the counter to offer assistance. The name has the word discount in it but they're easily over priced and a quick google search on most of the items will prove it.

Great store for plumbing parts. They recognized the obsolete part I had and sold me a kit with the replacement updated hardware for the shower mixing valve. Also gave me instructions how to do the repair. You are not going to get that from a big box store.

I was completely unimpressed by the staff. No help offered, no ideas, just blank bored looks and "no" after "no" when asked if they had any idea how they could help me.

The icing on the cake came when one staff member kept me waiting at the counter for 5 minutes to cut a 2-foot piece of tubing. On top of that, I was told they did not carry any faucet that I was specifically looking for. I was really pleased to see the exact faucet style near the front door as I was leaving after spending nearly an hour roaming bins finding components that I wouldn't have needed had the employee shown me said faucet.

I have no interest in ever supporting this business again.

Poor customer service attitude. Would not or could not offer any advice on sink space issue. Was told how many years experience individual had and there was nothing he could do for me. Attitude and customer service is everything, guess I won't be back. Have to stay with big box stores

Usually they have hard-to-find items but this time they could not help. But otherwise very good service

Paul not only answered my call on a Sunday, he made time to come out within the hour. He was extremely helpful, professional, polite and patient. He helped get access to a locked closet that I couldn't find a key for by removing the hinged latch. After fixing the issue, he waited to ensure the problem was solved and carefully replaced the hinged latch to secure the closet. I am highly recommending this company! Paul was fantastic in his customer service!!!

The worst customer services I have ever dealt with in all my years. If I could give a negative star I would. I had heard that the Abe's staff were rude and argumentative but I decided I would try and support the "local" shopping anyway. Wow, was I surprised with just how badly I was treated. What I had heard was 1,000% true. Such a sad situation that a once great business has gotten so bad. In this day and age when shopping on-line is easy and cost effective one would think providing good customer service and support would be critical for securing business. Well, based on my experience with them I wont be supporting Abe's Discount Plumbing any longer. Grade F-

I was expecting a better service with the fact of it being a family owned business but costumer service here was worse than at Home Depot. I came yesterday to buy copper pipes. Gentlemen who helped us told us that he could get them in around 45 min if we waited. So we paid for the order which came out over $400. Gentleman told us that he would call us once he had them and that they would be cut in half for when we picked them up. We went to couple of stores which took us more than an hr and never got a call. We came back to the store to find out that the gentleman that charged us had left to pick them up and had not come back yet. We told another guy to put in our receipt that we would pick them up today but to call us when the pipes arrived incase we could pick them up that same day. We never got a call. I called them at around 2 pm to make sure they had them ready to pick up and got told they had them ready. When I arrived at around 3 pm. The staff did not know about our order and had to go look for them. When they came out with it, the pipes had not been cut in half. The staff member then went back to cut 6 pipes that took him 10 min to cut. My boss rather go to Home Depot the. Waste his time here.

Very well stocked store for electrical and plumbing supplies. They have an extensive inventory of faucets, sinks etc. very patient and helpful staff. Highly recommended as the place to come for your plumbing supplies

Called as a contractor to check to see if they had a part in stock that I was looking for; was hung up on multiple times; this happens sometimes because we have an automatic voice recording and folks think it's a spam call. When I quickly tried to get out "Wait, please don't hang up!", the person who answered said "I don't want to be recorded" and refused to speak with me. This is because our company records phone calls for quality assurance, and, in compliance with the law, states this on outgoing calls. I would like to be able to use this company for my plumbing needs, but it sounds like they neither want nor need any extra business, so you might want to skip them.

I’ve shopped at Abe’s Discount Plumbing Supplies over the past couple of years because I assumed a specialty plumbing shop would offer better knowledge and customer service than the big box stores.

Unfortunately, my recent experience was the opposite.
I called with a very simple question to confirm the correct angle stop for a new kitchen sink. Instead of getting clear guidance, the person on the phone was abrasive from the start and made the entire interaction feel like a headache.

After working through the details, we finally figured out what part I needed. I thanked him and said I appreciated his help. His response was to loudly say, “Next time call Home Depot,” and then hang up on me.
That level of rudeness and hostility is extremely unprofessional, especially toward a returning customer who has spent money here over the years. I expected better customer service from a specialty shop. If you’re looking for quality service and respect, I would recommend going elsewhere.

We have used Roto Rooter for major jobs at work. They have always been very friendly and informative. They keep great communication and quickly get the job done. This last visit the supervisor I was in contact with was more than accommodating which showed me just how much they value and take pride in their customer service. Definitely recommend them for any issues you may be experiencing.

Roto-Rooter was so good. I booked my appointment online and Jacob arrived on schedule. The easy booking and text message communication is great. Jacob was great and very informative. We will for sure call if we need service again!

We had a pipe burst under our house while we were at work. Roto rooters sent over Marcus within the same hour. It was about 6pm when he got there, it was dark and muddy but he went under the house anyway and fixed the leak. We were very thankful for him and glad to have our water back on again and our pipe fixed.

Plus he gave me new information that no other Roto Rooter person informed me about. I was unaware that he could fix the repair. Plus he said I could get a senior citizen discount and a Black Friday discount. That helps me since I’m on social security. Maybe fuel was very polite and professional 👍👍

Jacob, accompanied by Ricky, was very knowledgeable and was able to remedy our situation quickly due to having the necessary component needed to fix our issue. He is extremely personable and friendly to boot. He explained possibilities of what could’ve led up to our issue as well as the solution choices. Short term solution was chosen and long term was presented for consideration. I highly recommend Roto Rooter for your plumbing needs and requesting Jacob for his demeanor and expertise.
