Our hot water tank was leaking and we called the 1800 Plumber(neighbors recommended) The lady who answered the phone(shock) was polite and helpful!

They went above and beyond when installing a new faucet and fixing a leak that sprung the following day. Very professional and they do quality work!

Fabian came right out and investigated what we needed and provided a reasonable quote. He then returned and installed a new shutoff valve, a replacement water pressure reducer, and a new Automatic Flow Shutoff valve. He also replaced a shower cartridge to stop a shower drip. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and prompt. I will use them again.

Our technician was able to diagnose our furnace problem within minutes and the repair was done the same day (the necessary parts were in a different city so employees picked them up for the repair).
