I contacted GP Piping in a panic over the multiple water leaks in my crawl space. First thing that Caleb at GP Piping did was say,
"Ma'am we are going to get this fixed." Not, I can't get there today. Not, I'm too busy, let me see if we can get you in next week. GP Piping showed up the same day to look at the leaks and make suggestions for a temp fix until they could replace our water service in Monterey, CA. Our home is older and we knew the day was coming that we would have to bite the bullet and update plumbing. From picking up the phone when I called to pulling permits, GP Piping had it covered. They gave me a few choices for installation based on my financial needs and they worked with me every step of the way, taking time to even explain basic plumbing details.

Zeph and Mario were my plumbers, they showed up on time and ready to work. Their appearance was neat and clean, professional looking and their work truck was clean and organized. I highly recommend GP Piping, they are quality plumbers with amazing service.

We called GP Piping out to fix a bad leaking shut off valve under the kitchen sink at my elderly mother in-laws home. They arrived promptly on a Saturday and gave us an upfront price which was very fair. Caleb was very professional and left the work area cleaner than it was when he arrived. He really went above and beyond. We will definitely use GP Piping for any of our future plumbing needs.

Just had some work done by GP piping at my apt in PG. We had a back up in our bath tub from a neighboring unit, they found the old piping behind our stove and got to work!!! Very happy with the way Caleb explained things. Very clean, polite, and timely! He was also able to install an RO system for us! Caleb went above and beyond! Highly recommend his services.

In one week's time, I needed a plumber two times. After my first interaction with GP Piping's Caleb, there was no doubt who I would call for the second job. The first job was a gushing broken pipe at my home in Corralitos. After the City of Watsonville turned off the main at the street, Caleb and crew went to work to find and repair the pipe. Such great service and personable workers. Then, a renter's water heater in Capitola needed to be turned on and flushed. The morning after my call, Caleb was at the trailer and found the issues, flushed the pipe and tested for leaks. So thorough! I appreciate their professional knowledge, personable service people and prompt service. They are my go-to plumbers from now on.

We offer handyman services, and we needed assistance with an extra plumbing project. GP Piping (Mac and Caleb) were able to help, and we couldn't be happier. They were professional, always prompt, and charged a flat rate that was very reasonable. I will definitely be calling them again for future plumbing projects.

GP Piping sent out Caleb to take care of a clogged toilet. A week later we were still having some issues and Caleb came right out, diagnosed the issues, corrected them and didn’t charge for the follow up. Lots of integrity and very knowledgeable and capable. Fixed our problem!

GP piping has been my go to company for all my plumbing needs. I have an air bnb in pacific grove and it’s an older home. I found a leak in the upstairs bathroom and I called several companies to come out. Caleb was the only one who actually did a thorough assessment and pinpointed exactly where the leak was coming from. He prevented me from paying thousands of dollars worth of future damage had he not caught not one, but 3 leaks!

Then I found another leak outside by the water meter. Unfortunately it was on our side and not the city’s. So I was responsible. I called Caleb again. Again Caleb was super fast to respond, and quick to get his workers out here. We were able to fix the damage in no time. It’s so hard to find trustworthy companies nowadays especially if your dealing with properties you can’t get to right away.

He’s always responsive to all my needs when I need him. And not to mention his pricing is fair, as I always get 3-4 estimates before securing a job.

GP Piping helps its customers during emergencies instead of gouging. We had a catastrophic leak at our vacation home that we were alerted to late at night. I had to find a 24/7 emergency plumber to assess and shut off the water. I called several companies and GP Piping was the only one who would go out ASAP instead of waiting until morning. Caleb showed up promptly, diagnosed what was wrong, shut off the water, took videos and documented the damage for our insurance. The fee, especially for an emergency visit, was incredibly reasonable. I wanted to tip and he refused. Finding a company that was responsive, respectful, reasonable, and reassuring during a time where I had no control or oversight over what was happening made me feel like I had some support and an ally in the first steps of what is going to be a massive undertaking to rebuild. I had an emergency plumbing issue on a weekend and contacted GP Piping and plumbing services. I spoke with Caleb who was very helpful and knowledgeable and said he would be out that day. Caleb arrived quickly and assessed the issue. The problem was solved and he explained the reasoning behind it. If you are looking for plumber, I highly recommend GP Piping and plumbing services.

We were scheduled to leave and drive to Seattle, WA on Thursday, September 7, from our house in Pacific Grove. About 4:00 am we were awakened by a strange, loud hissing noise. Flashlight in hand, I discovered that the intake pipe for water had burst where it enters our crawl space. Luckily I have the right tool to shut it off at the meter. And also luckily, we have a sump pump in our crawl space. Once that was under control, we made calls for an emergency plumber.

Caleb from GP Piping was the first to respond, and was at our house about 8:30 that morning. After evaluating the situation, we made the decision that we would replace the entire run of PVC between the meter and the copper lines of our house. We gave him a key to our house and left for Seattle.

On Friday he was able to get the necessary permits. The following Monday, he and his crew were able to complete the repair. Then they bled the air out of the water lines and restarted the hot water heater. Very professional.

We really appreciate the speedy response and the top notch repair we got from them. It was nice to know our property was in good hands.

My hot water heater died on Friday night, of all times. I contacted them and they got back to me in a reasonable time. We scheduled Monday morning (yesterday) and he came out and tried to repair, but it wasn't repairable. He measured and ordered a new tank and installed it today. Caleb is so easy to do business with- I really appreciate his professional manner and friendly service. This is the second time I have hired his company- he does great work!

We had an emergency in Carmel Valley, the water heater broke and that pool we always wanted was quickly forming in the garage. We called eight "local" experts to help. Long story short, I am still waiting for the other seven to get back to me, Caleb from GP Piping arrived within an hour, assessed the situation and started solutioning that day. He worked with us to find the right fix which saved our legacy solar water system and the price was much better than what we were expecting. We are so happy with the fix, the price, the professionalism and the speed with which we were back up and running.

We used GP Piping to replace a sewer pipe from our house to the street. They had to dig down five feet to expose and replace the pipe. Everything was done professionally, on-time and on budget. They also installed a clean-out, something we didn’t previously have. When they were done, our front yard looked like it did before. GP Piping was extremely helpful in getting my water heater repaired. Caleb was very knowledgeable, professional and most importantly up-front about what the potential damage was and what I could expect in parts and labor. It turned out to be a relatively simple fix and they also did preventative (sediment trap flush) maintenance for me as well -- and Caleb showed up on a weekend day to do it. I definitely appreciated having hot water over the weekend. Definitely would call on them again!

First time using GP Piping - Caleb came out late on Saturday to cap a leaking irrigation pipe. Then, he later returned to replace that section of the pipe. Caleb did an excellent job. He was extremely efficient, personable, and knowledgeable. He explained the cause of the problem and gave 5 year warrantee for the work. He even offered to fill in the hole caused by the water leak. Caleb is an awesome young man, and I will definitely use GP Piping again!

I recently had a great experience working with GP Piping (and, in particular, Caleb) to replace our leaky old behemoth of a hot water tank with a new tankless system at our home in Pebble Beach. When our water heater suddenly stopped working, GP came out the same day to assess the issue. It was immediately clear that we needed a replacement. GP proposed a range of options, taking the time to answer my detailed questions and to provide me clear and fair estimates. They were able to schedule the replacement work within a very reasonable timeframe.

Throughout the process, the GP team proactively kept me updated and were very responsive (even after hours) via phone, text and email. They were highly professional and pleasant to work with, and they also managed the permit process on my behalf. They completed the work on time and consistent with their cost estimate, and we’re extremely happy with the result.

I was in a true bind, Monday night came home and tried turning on the hot water to our guest bath and I did something that would not allow me to turn off the water. Had to shut off the water to the house and figure out what to do. So at 9 pm I called a couple of so called 24 hour plumbers and got machines.. The only one that answered was GP Piping. Caleb asked if I could wait till morning and he would send someone out first thing. James showed up and within minutes had the faulty valves out and went to get the replacement parts. Came back in record time and got them installed. These guys are terrific and I do not say this lightly. They are now going to be my go to plumbers. Huge weight taken off my shoulders by their professionalism and courteous interaction. They live up to their reviews…. I would give them 10 stars if possible, thank you.
